Who is beside her with the cloth cape and the Batman character style base?

My first thought is a Batgirl PF variant but the base looks different too.

It almost looks like the Classic Catwoman base with the darker tone, but there is no cape with that piece, weird

Look at the heel detail. Almost identical to batgirl. VARIANT MAYBE??? Looks to match the sculpt to me.

Edit: I can see a faint outline if my mind isn't playing tricks on me. Is there a boot outline similar to the original gold boot outline below the back of the knee?

I think a lot of people weren't that impressed with the head sculpt so if it hasn't changed, then this is a major fail on Sideshow's part.

I wasn't getting Supergirl anyway but I have to say out of all the DC Female PF's so far this is the only one I can say looks unflattering. Powergirl Looks Good, I have Wonder Woman, Catwoman, Poison Ivy, Harley Quinn and Batgirl and they are all pretty to stunning. This one is just off in terms of facial sculpt.

IMO a handful of people not being impressed with the portrait doesn't make a "major fail".

I see the outline, too. I'm betting on a Batgirl variant only because of the boots and cape.
