Looks like Figuarts is too small and Madex too tall!

Yeah the mafex figures scale well with TBS and Marvel Legends. SHF is usually 1/4-1/2" shorter.

About the loose Figuarts Lukes on eBay, some thinking they were bootleg, I asked the seller and here is what he replied:

It is original pruduct. My supplier working at "BANDAI S.H.Figuarts" factory. They bought from factory directly without the box to reduce the cost.

Idk what you guys are talking about, the Mafex looks fantastic imo. Good level of detail and the height seems just right. Can't wait to get mine to see in person. Makes the Figuart look puny.

Wow that mafex came out better than I thought. Tbh I'd say that's th best option so far. Better sculpting than the model kits imo. I'd replace the inner plastic robe for soft good I think though. But otherwise he's 'less too big than shf vader is too smll'.

Then again perhaps these partocular pictures fool me, dunno, mafex cloth is that typical '**** doesnt drape descently' issue nd vaders lightsaber seems to be a lot bigger than look. Weird.

All these vaders yet no vader...
