They could've sold A LOT more Jean PFs had they
1) Changed the base - Since this is obviously a companion piece to the previously released Cyclops PF
- include a similar rock base, elevated on the same plain.
- include a Cerebro helmet at foot of base - cyclops has Magneto helmet
- paint eyes green
- add surface details on face
- maybe added a psionic effect to the EX switchout head, kinda like the Gambit charge-up card except have a psionic butterfly effect like a halo around portrait
- advertised all the X-MEN PFs in the solicitation photos for PREORDER, positioned next to Cyclops.

I guess Phoenix will look a lot more delicate and sophisticated since the Brown Suit Wolverine includes an atmospheric base and danger room mantle.

Completely agree with all of this. I'll be searching for someone to do custom work done with my Jean. I know Pathfinder is working on a shared base with Cyclops.

I blame Marvel. It was back and forth, back and forth on this one, change after change after change (apparantly). What we got (same as Emma) is what they could get approved.
I still like it though.

If I were you I'd just go on the waitlist for the EX -- I think the factory is slow in shipping these out that's why it's on waitlist so soon after release

Batgirl is on waitlist as well
They've removed the search functionality for both the EX and REG

I think they didn't get enough allocations for their releases and some items are on backorder
Unless they removed Jean because an upcoming Phoenix PF is in the pipeline ... I noticed that happened with Modern Thor PF when Dark World Thor PF was released... they wanted to push the movie PF and removed comic PF for a short while.
I don't think all Jean PFs have sold out because it took a minute for Psylocke and Rogue to sell out and those had a smaller price tag and arguably more hype behind them.
I simply think they removed it of the website because they don't have their full shipment from the factory, same with Batgirl.
