Dude. You are the man. Saved me from making a mistake and asking for an exchange. I messed around with the neck joint like you suggested and it went back to normal.

Now I can go to sleep happy. Lol

Good thing it wasn't a qc issue, those little imperfections can ruin your day :lol

Tell me about it. I just received a replacement body for The Winter Soldier and was thinking that this could not happen to me 2 times in a row.

These things are not cheap...lol

Haha i was missing a knife sheath on my winter soldier and it kissed me off so much I didn't even want to look at it, boxed it and threw it on the top shelf.

Only when I got the replacement body is when I was able to be happy.

Just chanced upon Plastic Enemies' photoshoot of the Stealth Cap two-pack & wanted to share these 2 photos in which I thought the figure looked really life-like and not one saddled with proportion issues:

Despite its issues, I think this set was a good release after all. Can't wait for the AoU version! :yess:

He's hhheeeerrrrrreee. :clap

What can I say? Stealth Cap (not the two-pack) is a great looking figure, though as has been said already, articulation could've been better. The shield has a nice heft to it. Glad I picked this up from Collectable Kitbash in the UK. I was going to get the SSC Batman, but with the better looking Gotham Knight Batman due later this year, I thought that I would buy that one instead, so the funds went to Cap.

I too would pick Cap over the SSC Batman any day :lol Always thought the SSC 1/6 DC line was overpriced for the quality (likeness, sculpt, costume, etc.) that they're offering.

I have been on the fence about pulling the trigger on Bats for weeks, I would add it to my cart, only to remove it shortly after. But looking at the Gotham Knight Bats, I prefer the Black/Grey suit over the SSC Bats' Blue/Grey.

I don't know if its popped up in the golden age or this thread before, but just a word of caution regarding the shield. The straps can be pretty fragile so careful when putting them on his arm. Both my golden age and 2pk blue shield had a strap come loose.:gah:

After I popped straps loose on BOTH shields last night :slap , I remembered that I'd read this warning a while back. The bond between the strap tabs and the shield seems to be much weaker with the diecast material. Heck, one came loose simply from trying to slide the clip into position for hanging the shield on Cap's back. I was eventually able to krazy glue them back on, but it took some patience to get a good bond. Did anyone else have a problem with this? I'm also wondering if there's a recommended adhesive to use if this occurs again.

Yep, the blue shield on mine came with a strap loose right out of the package, and i had to superglue it twice before the bond finally became strong enough. But haven't had an issue since :)

I'm sure the fixes will hold while both are in their current poses, but if I want to remove one of the shields to go to a different pose (such as hanging it on Cap's back) this could become a problem again. But in the meantime I'm really enjoying these. Stealth Strike is easily my favorite Cap so far.

The shields must be constructed poorly. So Happy about the AoU redeign. My Rogers shield snapped one of the little silver brackets holding the straps to the shield after barely putting pressure on it.

Still waiting to hear back from SS about a replacement.

That happened to me on mine. I invested in a good superglue and glued the tab back on without any issues. Good as new and strong to boot.

Use zip kicker on the glue.
