The base looks like it's covered in snow, not diamonds... it's not sparkly enough IMHO.

Maybe if they added a few colored gems, or some jewelry lying around her? They could keep the ascetic with some platinum pieces.

One nice thing is extra gems etc will be very easy to customize, I will definitely probably be doing that

I used to have these statues displayed side by side on a shelf and back then I was really hoping she'd be taller. I've since moved them to a wider shelf and have them all staggered together by height, so I'm actually kind of glad she's the height she is now- they'll all fit together pretty well, kind of like the new TMNT dio:

I would think detached would make sense but it all really depends on SS packaging methods I suppose.

I'm hoping she's detached from the base. That'll provide an opportunity for a custom base.

Need to complete the line though. Sideshow have me suckered in. At least the statue is awesome. I hope they do some villains for this line now.

Yeah, I'm still disappointed on the scale, but I'll either wait for a coupon, or see how many points I can drop. I do want to a save a few for the spidey line and for the DC comic PFs.

I'd buy her in a heartbeat to go with MJ and Felicia. I really wanted to love the Gwen already out, but I can't get over her eyes being closed.

Another Gwen, along with Spider Gwen, would be anazing! Sounds weird but I wouldn't mind a Betty Brant (with Elizabeth Banks likeness ) or Liz Allen either. Maybe an ES of 1?

I'm surprised it's so "small" and costs so much. I'm not really a fan of the face. It doesn't really capture JSC's art the way the MJ and Gwen did. That narrowed nose is throwing it off. I'm going to have to consider this. I might take the cash I'd spend on this and hunt down MJ. The base is uninspired but then again I'm not sure what people were expecting. I'm interested to see the production piece but I don't think I'll be ordering it day one. I definitely see the Megan Fox parallels, but I like the face of the original JSC work instead.

If you look at the nose, the narrowness is caused by shadow where here it's a 3-D element, same with the boobs. They aren't completely rounded on the control art here they look like globes on the final piece. It's not bad by any means, just different than what I expected and not enough to get me crazy in love with it.

I mean compare them one on top of the other. There is a striking difference between them.
