Despite being the 7th installment, these movies still deliver, IMO. Looking forward to this one. I'll definitely miss Paul Walker's presence in the future though. Sad his life was cut short.

Just when you thought the last one was a little too ridiculous another comes along. lol Still, you somehow get a perverse guilty pleasure from watching them. :rotfl Honestly, the first flick is the only one I watch over and over again. Despite being a reminiscent of Point Break it's still a solid film.

I saw it today and LOVED it. It's nonstop action and the Fast team continues to deliver on every level. Love it.

I had high expectations and it beat them. No spoilers from me but loved the way they handled Paul too. Rock was great too, they all were. :)

I keep hearing good things about the film and how the handled the Paul Walker scenes which is great to hear

Good news, might see this today if not for sure tomorrow.

Just got back and this movie was a blast. They handled Pauls exit very well and i had a hard time even telling CGI Paul from real Paul. They did a fine job with it. The next movie though will be very different with no Han, Brian, and Mia.

Yeah..... I gotta stop coming into these threads with spoilers.... :lol :slap :gah:

Can't wait to see it tomorrow. What I love about this series is it gets better with every new release and I think the most important thing that keeps it going is just how close the cast seems to each other, how much they really do feel like a family as a cast. You can really see it come through in all the interviews and in the films themselves. So if a person dies whether its in the film or outside of it, it really hurts as a fan as well because you feel so invested in this family for all these years the franchise has existed.

Wow, $144 million dollar opening weekend.

The only other flick with a 6th sequel that could top it is Star Wars.

Seeing it tonight.

I liked it, but I actually felt like it was a bit too over the top at times. The way they utilized Statham reminded me of Carrie Fisher in The Blues Brothers, and the stuff with Diesel and Rodriguez and their love affair was kind of cringeworthy, at times, but I really liked it, overall. The Rock had some ridiculously cheesy lines, but it's The Rock, so, instead of being terrible, that's wonderful. He just enjoys what he does, and you do, as well. Honestly, I preferred the last iteration, as an overall film. This one wasn't bad at all, but, if not for the fantastic ending/Paul Walker tribute, I would probably say it's pretty inferior to Fast 6.
