Coco: Amazing pictures. I really like your GL. I might be tempted to do my own.

CaptNemo: What did you do to get Superman to work on Batman's body? I read they we're not compatible.

Tony: Great customs as always. Those are amazing suits for Superman. Thank you for the head mods info. What did you do to mod the forearms?

My Supes should be arrivie by the time I am get home tomorrow night. Really looking forward to it.

Good looking shots Coco....I'm going to put the CR shorts on mine when it gets here and perhaps I'll be done with it. Thanks!

Thanks, Karnis! I regret not getting a pair of those from eBay when they were available. :(

Thanks for the link, your Green Lantern looks awesome! I'm surprised I haven't seen more custom GL figures.

I appreciate it! I'm surprised too. With the Batman body it's easy to throw one together using the DCD figure.

Fantastic shots, Coco! Its refreshing to see someone who knows how to pose and shoot their dolls with a good camera in proper lighting.

Sideshow should send their early releases to people like this :lecture

Thanks, King! I would gladly accept all new SS releases free of charge for photography purposes and marketing research. :lecture

One more using the Batman body. I wanna try Tony's jaw fix but I really like how the heads turned out.

I like this a lot, Cap. :rock Even with the narrow wrists it looks great. And as much as I like Tony's face mod, I have and still do really, really like the square jawed sculpt SS put out and have no desire to change it other than maybe an eye repaint.

AlanJG1: It was just a matter of painting the neck and heating and popping the hand pegs and switching them with the batman hand pegs. Then I just painted the neck area. Wrists are a bit thin but I like the look.

Libby1957dog: Tony Meis shaved down the inner part of the jaw area and then heated it. Then he just pushed in on the jaw area, molding it how he liked. Lastly he did the cold treatment to get it to hold. He has pics on his Facebook site :).

Cocoboloboy: yeah, I know what you mean. I actually like the square jaw as well, it goes well with the thick neck on these bodies and it reminds me of those old Fleschier cartoons which I grew up loving. Might get an extra serious head just so that I can have both. Btw, I love how you have yours posed in all your shots. Is that straight out of the box? It looks marvelous!!
Also, if you do the eye repaint let me know how it goes because I had a dickens of a time getting the neck plug off the Batman heads and I wonder if Superman's will be just as difficult.

Your pics make it look the best so far. Is it moded? It doesn't look skinny and the head doesn't look big.

I do notice you widened the neck opening on the suit and cape so the shoulder muscles show more. If that is all you did, I'm getting this. That heat vision head is so good.

Thanks! Yep, straight outa the box. For the eye repaint I'm gonna do it while leaving the eyes installed. That way I can position the pupils just right.

May as well post a pic while I'm at it. :lol
