I guess it's an easy pass for me then. If she's supposed to be larger in scale that makes even less sense I think.

To each his own. They don't bother me but I suppose an option to remove the corpses would have been nice. Display options are always good. Though I'll just say if the corpses were much larger, then the Siren would have to be that much larger in scale to compensate. Now we're talking more production costs and a larger final price. For the $400 price tag, I think this piece will just require a little imagination when it comes to the corpses (or I guess people can just believe they're children for the extra creepy factor).:lol

She's a siren, so I assumed they were sailors that she lured to their deaths. I think it's a nice touch.

That's what I assumed but it doesn't make sense why they are a smaller scale than she is. As a premium format, she should be 1/4 scale and not larger than the other characters like Queen and Kier.

I just read her description again and it says she swims the oceans between Heaven and Hell looking for lost spirits who haven't been claimed. But it also says she is referenced in the mythos of men as a siren or mermaid. So I don't know if she is supposed to exist in the corporeal human world or the ethereal with everyone else.

Just have to wait for more comics or other literature to be revealed as the world is fleshed out I suppose :)

You said it brother! This was the picture that sold me. Love the pose!! I will be displaying her mask off. Can't be covering up that face!

The bloody arms and legs really sold this statue for me. It looks cool, and it tells you a lot about Kier. I just hope that the factories don't mess it up.

Yeah let's hope they keep all that blood just there and nowhere else ;)

Her eyes are shadowed like that with the mask on, so I'm going to assume they just took the actual mask off the masked portrait. I would like to hope SS wouldn't be foolish enough to do that to the unmasked portrait.

That all makes sense about the paint but if they are doing two complete switch out heads then why make the mask removable from the second head? I always assumed the mask would simply attach via magnets to the regular head.

Assuming was your mistake.

I would love an alternate head with removable mask just for the 3 versions she would have. And we payed for 2. I'm all for it.

No.

Not going to happen. This is Catwoman all over again.

Relevance?

Catwoman and the zipper. It was assumed that it could be adjusted; as people are now guessing the mask is removeable. Either it's a third head, or it has been taken off from the masked one. I'll go with the removed as I don't see SS making more than 2 heads. Ever.

There is also another possibility... At the time of this photo, the mask wasn't permanently affixed to the head. I'm inclined to believe this is the case.
