Hot Toys: 1/4 Official Boba Fett Collectible Figure

+ Paint and "weathering", outstanding
+ Nice base
+ Jetpack looks awesome
+ nice vinyl vest

- Head/helmet too small. Sides don't flare out right
- hands look like they're made of silly putty, too small
- shins/lower legs too thick
- needs a longer neck
- tubing on gauntlets is wrong, looks too much like wire
- missing flamethrower tube
- no grapple wire?
- wrong scale

Are those elastics/garters at the back of the kneepads, just like how SSC did it on their 1/6 ESB version? If so, HT could have done better in 1/4. Those garters last 2-3 years tops in humid regions.

Other than that, this figure is amazing.

One would kind of have to quantify accuracy, since the new Sideshow PF is ESB Fett and this one is from ROTJ, and there are differences (subtle and significant) between his costumes for the two movies. Short answer is probably no.

There's no need for sideshow bashing in their m this thread, as their ESB Fett PF is still an absolutely breathtaking piece. Heck, Sideshows Fett mythos was ROTJ and is a grail piece. Both the ESB Fett PF and this 1/4 will be welcome additions to my collection

I won't go super deep on this line, but definitely want to see Vader, Troopers, and Old Ben. 1/4 scale Leia would be pretty cool as well.
