From Jimbits pics, is this a good representation on how it looks in hand?
I like how the suit looks on this pic...almost looks like the suit has reflective properties.

It looks like the belt is supposed to align to the purple areas I drew.

Is the suit glued to the body?
I've been asking same thing bt yet to get an answer bt mine will be here tomorrow so I'll just see for myself. Bt yes the belt is way too high

When this was first teased I was blown away with the sculpt, but I have never been blown away with it since it was painted. I also have to admit that if I had received a statue made of PVC I would be sending his ass back to SSC.

The suit is not glued to the body. And one thing that hasn't really been addressed - this suit is much better executed than the rubber suit that HT used. I'm a huge proponent of mixed media and was so glad they when this direction with this piece. Even the boots are cloth - most pieces have sculpted boots.

Also for those worried about PVC over time - I haven't had any problem with Boba Fett over the years.

any room at all to maybe wiggle the belt area down a tad or is it so tight that's just where it's gonna have to stay lol

Thank you for the info Dave.
Glad its not glued, I'm gonna try to futz with mine when I get it.

The whole suit being all cloth including the boots was actually one of the biggest selling point why I decided to get it.
I thought it was mixed media for a long time and didnt realize it was all cloth until somone mentioned it on one of the youtube videos when the statue was at comic con.

I do agree, as much as I love HT's suit, the material Sideshow used for the suit is even better.
It almost looks like the very same material that was used in the movie.

This guy has a nice review of the figure...at 8 minutes into it, he has a video of it under LED lighting.
It looks really nice.
I'm gonna display it with LED lighting so its nice to see how it would look with the lighting.

I guess its good that the general consensus is that it looks good in hand.

HT didn't use a rubber suit...it's cloth with the textured screenprinted on...

However, the suit here is definitely more accurate regardless (aside from the high belt)

I'm glad SSC went with a full cloth costume with this, Comic Supes and Reeve Superman. I HATE fully sculpted PFs and wouldn't have bought any of them if they were which is why I'm struggling with Wonder Woman and the eventual Power Girl. The boots on this being cloth was a nice surprise way back when they did the sneak peak video and just makes it that much cooler. I can't wait to receive mine tomorrow. Might try to repaint it this weekend if I have the time

Remy, there is no manipulation on that pic at all. Taken with fill in flash under regular room lighting.

The suit is incredible. As Dave has said, it moves against the body and it completely trounces the Hot Toys suit (which I still love).
I'll be honest, I was ready to tear into Sideshow over this following the way they have handled things but looking at him here and now, I honestly can't really fault the pf itself. This is a quality piece.
