No, because Indy was the same...just old. Everything else in KOTCS sucked, but Indy was still the same guy. Darth Vader went from a faceless badass in the first two films to an old humpty dumpty looking dude in episode 6. Not to mention, by ROTJ he was no longer a real villain and more of a victim/poppet. Then, the prequels finished the job by making him an emo cry baby with mommy issues, and they called him Darth Vader even before he had the mask. If Indy had power, he would kick Darth Vader's ass and making cry and run back to his mommy....or Pandme, yelling, "Nooooo!"

Well that's a bummer. I saw the OT at cinematic release. The impact Vader had on me in the first two films especially was indelibly etched in my imagination, to the extent that nothing that transpired in the PT impacted on how I viewed any of the characters in the OT.

Yeah, I still like him though. His story is very tragic and the prequels should have been better. A good script and a great actor playing Anakin, would make a huge difference,imo. Oh, and less cgi.
