I'll post a picture later as I'm currently using the mobile site. I hope they can replace it. Are they usually helpful with issues such as these?

Yeah, they'll replace it for you. With older and limited items, you can be out of luck and they'll just offer a credit, but this set is brand new and not close to being sold out yet.

Here is the PERS that fell out of Batman's head. As I mentioned before, the hands also fall off easily and I can't even put the cape on the way the instructions indicate. I'm let down but I really hope this can be fixed. I waited six years to finally get my first Hot Toys Batman and this was my experience.

I honestly don't understand how the eyes just ''fell out''. I have never heard of this before.

I took the PERS out of my DX12 but that was after a long battle requiring a screwdriver and resulting in shredded fingertips.

When you adjusted them for the first time, were you rough or gentle? Did they require some force to move?

The hands are terrible; you just have to live with that.

By your own account removing PERS is 'a long battle', so it doesn't seem relevant to ask whether the poster was rough or gentle - it clearly can't be their fault, and I hope they don't feel that it is. This is a QC problem, pure and simple. They must have skipped a step, left out the screws, whatever.

I was able to move them initially. I read the instructions and thought I was moving them correctly. Perhaps I didn't and that caused it. I moved them a little bit then noticed that his left became deeper/farther inward. I took out the tool to move it then the eyes fell out.

It doesn't sound like you did anything wrong. As Jokes&Bats said, removing them sounds like something you have to really work at, you can't do it unintentionally unless they're already broken.

Chill, amigo. I'm just trying to understand.

I'm sharing my experience.

My question is valid - as the head he has received is clearly different from mine.

As for 'rough or gentle' - depends what mood I'm in.

If I didn't have bigger priorities I probably would have cried but this isn't worth crying over. Do you think they'll be able to replace the head or will I have to send the entire package back?

Hey, it's good that you did share your experience - sorry if I sounded aggressive or like I was picking apart your words, I was just referring to your post to try and help the original poster.

Mike320, I've never sent anything back but from what I hear you don't even have to send the damaged part back, just send SSC a photo of it 'damaged beyond repair'. Erm , basically you've posted one here already!

To current owners, how do I remove his wrist joints? They feel like they aren't meant to come out.
