You got some excellent collection there Brian! Especially that Jason PF on the last right!!

Just got my Jason7 and ready to rip him up for his rebuild, Ron got me off to a good start pointing me in the right direction for some replacement duds, but I am having trouble finding a metal replacement chain for my figure that has the thickness and heft to look like an actual chain like used in the movie. Anyone got a source that's already done this? Thanks.

Hey man...glad I could help. What I did that helped the stock chain greatly was dry brush some silver/metal paint over it to give it a more realistic look. Then if you did it lightly enough it will blend in with the darker parts and look like the metal is peeking through the rusted dirty parts. But if you end up putting too much and the chain looks too metal and clean, weather it again over that for the same effect.

Great idea, Ron, thanks. I don't trust my brush skills, so I guess this is a nice small project to start with. :duff

No problem. :) This is a perfect little project to practice with. When you are trying to make something look dirty and rusted, there is a lot of room for error there. :lol

I scraped my sideshow chain because I felt it was just a tad bit to bulky around the neck I picked up a replacement chain at Michaels

If anyone is looking for a barn diorama that was made for Beto's Jason 3D.figure, I have one, new for sale.

Dude wtf I put my heart and soul into him its my first figure... Way to be so mean about it now I'll never make another figure for as long as I live!

Here's my latest Jason custom. It is Remake Jason using Betomatali's head sculpt and mask painted by him. The rest of the figure was re-worked and altered by me. I did a lot of work to upgrade the jacket. The figure was originally a reworked FVJ Jason on an SS body changed into Remake Jason that had no removable mask. I replaced the head with Beto's and I transformed the clothing to be more screen accurate.

I agree! One of the best remake Jason I've seen also! This is exactly what is in my vision for the one I want in my collection starting with getting a Beto's sculpt. You did fanastic job on this, Ron! It definitely blew someone else's work outta the water. ;)
