I never had an idea this was unsafe otherwise I never would have done it. Do you think he will actually scam me like that?

Neither would I.. but there are a small number of Sellers from the Far East with a reliable reputation amongst forum members.. since I never use the Grey Import channel, I was simply trying to get some feedback for Neo-one, from other forum members who do.

Really...? like really, seriously..? how did you think giving someone huge amounts of money 6+ months in advance was a good idea...? on ebay/paypal where its a very well known, advertised fact that you have 30/45 days respectively to file claims...

I really struggle to wrap my mind around this stupidity...

Got my Mark42 today i was really half expecting that i will be getting a figure with some problem on it because of the bad rep it has been getting.. To my pleasant surprise he came in perfect even had the newer version of the shoulder that everyone is talking about!!

Imho, unless the Seller has a good reputation on this forum over a number of years, it is extremely doubtful your pre-orders are going to be fulfilled.

There is a slim chance that if you paid via PayPal using a Credit Card and did not make the mistake of sending the money as a 'gift' etc.. that if you contact your Credit Card company immediately, you might.. and I stress the word might.. be able to get your money back.


Do not use eBay for Pre-orders in future..you have absolutely no protection after the 45 day deadline.. long term Pre-orders are a classic opportunity for scamming.
