just out of curiosity, how do people know they can trust these guys ordering direct from XM?

Based on reports from other members that have received statues from these guys, I contacted them. I asked their policies and how they do business. I received prompt and courteous communication and they answered all of my questions. I am confident my order is secure.

You should get the invoice before you pay

I wouldn't send money to anyone without one

It's ok to send money without invoice, just make sure not to send it as a gift...otherwise Paypal views it like no transaction occurred.

I didn't just send him money. I requested an invoice before payment. After I paid, he sent be an email to wait for preorder confirmation. Never received it, but I'm not worried. Figured he has been busy.

Kenny and Mark are completely legit guys. Just save your paypal reciept as your invoice. It shows your order and how much you've paid thus far. I've picked up several items from Kenny with no issues. They are also pretty heavy on facebook. They have a reputation to maintain and wouldn't do anything to mess that up. I've given Kenny thousands of dollars in orders and deposits as gifts to help save on the fees. I trust him implicitly and you guys should not be worried even a little bit.

That's fair. I always put in the comments section a description of what the payment is for. People that send me money usually do the same thing.

No apologies needed.. I didn't think that's what you were implying at all. My post was just meant as reassurance that these two guys are safe members to deal with. At the same time they are a little overwhelmed with all the orders and members they are dealing with. Have faith and give them a little bit time to send out the invoices

Well, hearing that they've actually delivered in the past is a good sign. I may have to hit them up for future XM purchases...can I get their names via PM?

TCSC is Kenny and Kayorzz is Mark. Their names are known amongst the forum so no issues posting their personal info here. They are both also on FB. You can add them there as well. Keep up with videos and new pics that way

Glad you heard back. Going on two weeks for me with no response from 2 different sellers.

For PayPal, you had better trust folks if you're sending money up front for a pre-order. I believe you only get like 30 days from the day money is sent to dispute the charges. After that, it's gone.

Paypal deposit as gift or you paying the fee is quite normal , it's what custom statue sellers usually run with.

I've done it many times myself personally.
