I have a pic of that mess, but it wasn't really a clear pic. I was in the middle of taking pics again, & when that happened, I pretty much wasn't in the mood to carry on. I guess that's why the pic showing the broken 3DMG is kinda blurry, but I stuffed it in the box after that. Also, I didn't manage to get more interesting poses in that session because it was cut short again.

Here are some pics I managed to take today, when I was in a better mood. This is how I have her dressed up on display.

Annie with her jacket on. Which I think won't flake as easy as some of you might think. My Amazing Spiderman RAH outfit is made of something similar, & I went crazy on that (since I have 2 of those figures anyway). Maybe a bit wrinkled & stretched, because of the nature of being a form fitting outfit, & the workout I gave it, but I don't really notice any flaking. Annie's jacket might even be less prone to flaking, since I think it might be softer, & it's loose.

& here is my messed up 3DMG, with broken parts circled.

2 of the broken connections I think can be fixed with glue, but the connection broken on the sword sheath doesn't look like it will be as easy. It looks like a piece I'd have to push from inside the 3DMG to glue. Which might mean I'd have to take it apart to glue, which I don't know if I'd bother doing.

A bit of a bummer, but Annie herself looks mint. Plus I'm guessing I can replace her 3DMG with somebody else's .....

Whoever get's cheaper on the aftermarket :lol

Edit: Funny thing about the 3DMG, is that the parts that broke, weren't actually the parts on the 3DMG gear I was initially concerned about. It was the 2 longer skinny poseable plastic parts (not shown in the pic because it's behind the figure) on the 3DMG that concerned me.

When I put the 3DMG on her, the connections on her back went in without too much fuss. I know one of my sheath connections broke, but I think that should be fairly easy to push on (if it's glued properly in the 1st place) as well. It's the connections on the waist that might be a bit fidgety to get on. I didn't use them, but maybe when some of you attempt that, maybe a pair of tweezers might help. Don't apply pressure on the wrong parts of the 3DMG, because what happened to mine, might happen to yours.

^Wow that much breakage already? No good medicom, no good. If all of the 3DMG are constructed of the same material this is going to be real sad for titan collectors.

Tell me about it. I should mention, if this eases anybody at all :)lol), & if I remember what I saw correctly, that the breaks are at glue points. Meaning, that those parts were already separate to begin with, & assembled together. It's not like the plastic actually snapped in pieces. Maybe it simply wasn't glued together properly, or the glue used wasn't really that strong, or not enough was used?

Oh well........that's better-ish since I thought it was actually plastic that snapped off. So I guess it's just ****** glue?

I think it's the way it was glued, plus, on the waist connections, maybe where I applied pressure. So a tiny bit on me. But the sheath I'm going to blame Medicom. That connection simply collapsed inwards, when it shouldn't have.

They should have want the figma route have holes on the sides and on the legs to hold the gear on.I'm hoping Mikasa turns out well sucks paying all this money and the **** is made cheap.

I actually like the way they did it. I don't want holes in Annie's legs & pants. She has pegs (circled) on the boot harnesses where the sheaths go on. The belt has holes, where the other parts of the 3DMG, which have pegs, go in. I think the design is nice, but the execution could have been better.

Guess ill just leave Mikasa gear in the box if its that much risk of it breaking.

Thanks (I think I'm a bit over it now :lol), & yeah, it would be cool if they fixed these issues before the other figures in this line come out.
Amazon had Annie for pre order the price is a bit expense but hey better then paying those ebay prices.

I'm kinda surprised it's there. But it's pretty cool to see it there. I went to order one, but Amazon want an extra $101.84US for an import fee's deposit. Forget that. Things that price usually come to me free of any import fee's, so it's a bummer Amazon want me to pay them.

too bad about the breaks but sounds as if theyre nominal, I think annie looks decent. if I only get one AoT character, it'll be her. Amazon, huh, didnt see that one coming. Might bite on that preorder, free shipping but tax sucks.

if it's not meant to carry heavy weight just use blue tac to hold it.

I am not a fan of the blu tac method on any of my collectibles. When the 3DMG was on, I used her right arm to kinda hold it in place, which kinda worked. Looking at her on my desk right now is kinda making me excited for the line again. Bring on Mikasa.

Just get another Levi once he is in the bin, take his 3DMG & you can use the rest of the parts to kitbash another version of him. Maybe give him a suit, then you can use the extra clothes to kitbash another Titan character, without the 3DMG or have it battle damaged, so you end up having 2 additional figures.

I guess I could turn one Levi into a cleaning version, if I decided to buy another one for the 3DMG. Maybe I'll see what happens with pricing. I don't want to get a spare one at retail price. Maybe $120 or lower, might be an attractive enough bargain price to buy multiples.

I took some more pics. Basically more of the same (boooooring :lol), but they seem a bit crisper than the ones I posted earlier.
