Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

yeah, I expected people to scream again. The fact that no one really made sounds with batman's awesome reveal was really really weird.

They were probably stunted from the awesomeness.

It's kind of an unreal deal to see Batman and Superman together for the 1st time.

But they were still loosing their ****, if we're complaining about people not being excited enough despite people screaming their lungs out, that speaks volumes of the attention this movie generates :lol

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

I hope we can get an HD trailer soon. I mean what's the point of all this modern technology if all the videos look like a 1980's VHS copy...? :lol

Its because the second you enter a hall and the clip starts boom everyone is teleported bask to the 80s and tech reverts until you leave the hall... oh and for some actual reason, only the people a mile away from the screens film these trailers

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

I think it's also cause everyone is so used to seeing Batman on the big screen. So it's like seeing that same old car with a slightly new coat of paint. It may take a few seconds to excite you. But when the new ride shows up, ie Superman, then you get really ramped up.

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Honestly, it could've been anyone in that armored Batsuit, in the dark during a rain storm, nothing screamed Affleck to me.

Maybe that's a good thing.

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Yup. Because Iron Man totally owns anything related to glowing white/blue eyes. Kind of ironic considering we saw the same thing in TDK the same year that Iron Man was released? Hmmmmmm; the plot thickens.

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

the white eyes were pretty amazing. Im kind of hoping they stay white for the whole thing

That's because that big ass helmet covered his big ass chin.:lecture

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Yeah, either that or when the tank mortar knocked IM into the pavement in IM and he is climbing out. Either way, a rip off.

:lol you do realize that IM is a Batman ripoff to begin with don't you? Like 80% of Marvels characters are DC characters ripoffs.

Other than the fact they're both mech suits, they have nothing in common design-wise.

Open your eyes :huh

Done, anything else I need to see the resemblance? Some Marvel fanboyism perhaps? :lol

Now that I think about it, the glowing white eyes in TDKReturns came out in the 80's, in the 80's Iron Man still had just a pair of holes in his helmet :lol

Guess Stark Industries went Samsung on Wayne enterprises :lol

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Keep in mind that Batman's had white eyes since 1939. It just depends on who you talk to, whether they were glowing or not.:lol
