Maybe its just about time. We have a german collector who receive it from HK, posed it and posed it again, everything fine. A day later he want to add the BD parts and with the first move on the arm it breaks.
It can be ok for 4-8 moves, but try to explain if it happens to the 10-12 move? And another collector Ben Chan from FB OSR group says his 42 breaks with the first move out of the box

Does it break on forward/backward movement or up/down?
And how was the movement handled? Some collectors have posted on fb saying u need to hold the ball joint rather than grabbing the forearm or wrist area.
We need details people!!

The german one lifted the arm just side degree by 45°, not straight line to 90°.

It's neither the sellers' or the collectors' fault, it's Hot Toy's.
Yet, it's gonna be either the seller or buyer getting punish.

Im just wondering what the hell HT did that's causing this. They have delayed this thing for months so this thing should have no QC issues.

Thank you mate, i'm a newcomer to hot toys, i'm a transformers collectors actually and just started buying my first hot toys iron man, mark 7 from a local dude. the only reason i stepped into this sanctuary is because of iron man only, iron man has been my favorite childhood hero since, well very small. here's 1 of my collection:

well i just wanna experiment something out of the mainstream pose, and previously i had a sticky non movable finger issue with my war machine mark 2, so i made this pose:
Indeed, wonder if that is why diecast haters have been relatively quiet on this issue....
One of my main concerns with diecast has always been quality control. It simply takes more prep work to get a similar finish on metal as to plastic (leaving aside durability).

Even if this particular failure is on the plastic, it's symptomatic of HT QC all over, and let's be blunt, that hovers between garbage and non-existent.
