I envy anyone that can just up and travel whenever they want. I wasted my single youth sitting in the house watching movies and eating. Ugh, I disgust myself when I think about it.

I as well feel this. I long to travel and see my friends. Yet it seems never to happen. I have to wait three years.

Life is what you make it. :D

Prioritize my friends. :lecture

But in all honesty, I know that many of you don't travel as much because you have families. And I believe they give you a greater purpose and fulfil your lives far more than silly fury spending way more money than he should to fly, rent a car, get a hotel, pay for some beers for Flosi, just to see a new car unveiling and pay inflated prices for old plastic toys...

:rotfl

Well this has been an odd weekend...

We went from our house being on the market for a year and nothing to a full price offer but we have to be out by August 25th and haven't even started looking for a new place. Hmm, I shall commence freaking out... NOW!

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

What are you doubting?
It's all we sacrifice worth it...
His sexuality. Here's your chance, fury...

They're running out of time for a McQuarrie reveal, though. :(

re: (galactiboy's Cantina) "Where everybody knows your name..."

I've just made a lot of really bad choices in my life and have stuck to the high road since so I don't **** anything else up. I guess it's working?

People will keep buying it and the prices will continue to climb. One thing I've noticed in my years of being in the collecting community, collectors come and go. Some get caught in the hype, buy like crazy and then are over it and lucky to get out with half of what they spent. Others are life long collectors that are passionate and truly will pay whatever it takes for something they truly appreciate. There's enough collectors to keep the cycle going for a long time.
Believe me, we've all made some bad choices in life. I have some regrets. As long as the bodies aren't found, I should be OK.

Thats where I grew up! 23 years...
That explains a lot about you. Lots of a-hole politicians in DC. :monkey3

I know. :(

Stupid Columbia House made Ken's order late, so I had to get my crack some other way. :lol :lol:rotfl
Dude, you shoulda just bought it at Walmart, then return mine with your WM receipt once you get it... You are truly a LEGO addict...

Facebook says you gave Lego Movie 0 out of 5 stars on flickster. :lol
:lol

I think he came before he got a chance to rate it. :lol
:lol

And there was an "In Memory of Jim Henson" tag at the beginning. :monkey2
:monkey2:monkey2:monkey2

Josh - what would it take to have you try and grab a couple of those exclusive Blu-Rays Fox is releasing at SDCC?!
Whats exclusive? Just slipcovers again, or a exclusive package like the Alien egg was? Foxconnect.com almost always sells the exclusives on their site later.

I know what I'm going to do!!! I just read this article about a dying boy who wants birthday cards for his last birthday. I'm gonna send him a LEGO set too. It just broke my heart right now. The Yahoo article says he loves LEGO and Super Mario. :monkey2

https://gma.yahoo.com/does-mass-boy...irthday-bunch-215700731--abc-news-health.html

A 5-year-old Massachusetts boy battling cancer said all he wants for his upcoming birthday is a box of birthday cards.
Danny Nickerson, of Foxboro, Massachusetts, will turn six on July 25. He was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor this past October -- one of the most chemotherapy-resistant cancers. As a result, he has since stopped going to kindergarten.
The boy gets lonely from time to time, and is always happy to get cards with his name written on them.

“He can recognize his name now,” Carley Nickerson, Danny’s mother told ABC News. “When he saw his name on the package from magical fairies on Easter, he was so happy.”
But the packages and cards stopped after Easter.

“He had 33 radiations from November through December last year,” Nickerson said. “We are now getting chemo therapy every two weeks.”

Doctors tell Nickerson that less than 10 percent of the children diagnosed with this type of cancer live longer than 18 months.

“I don’t really believe in that. He is doing great,” Nickerson said. “Every day is a blessing for us,”

So far, Danny has received about 40 letters.

“I gave him to key to the P.O. box,” Nickerson said. “He was so excited when he opened it.”

Nickerson said Danny loves Lego and Super Mario.

“I wish Lego makes Super Mario toys,” Nickerson chuckled. “That would really make him happy.”

Danny’s birthday is July 25. All cards can be mailed the Nickerson’s home addressed: Danny Nickerson, P.O. Box 212, Foxboro, MA, 02035.
Awwww... I'm gonna send him a card too... How sad...

Clever girl!

On the plane back home and have a seat next to a beauty of a woman. Why does my camera have no way to turn off sound.
So pervs like you can't take pics of them when they're not looking? :monkey3

Oh crap! Congrats? I sense you'll be putting stuff in storage and spending some time in a hotel... I don't think we'll be seeing much of you in here for the next 5 weeks. Good luck!

Scout and speeder bike 1/6th announced. Maxim model on the airplane. Basketball when I got home. Today has been great!!
I totally missed the announcement! I have the Hasbro speeders, so I'm good. But Scout Trooper is a must. Better have a flip-up lid!

You guys posted a LOT yesterday. Very unusual for a weekend... I saw 3 movies in theater in 24 hours. Planet of the Apes yesterday afternoon, Million Ways to Die in the West last night (2nd time), and Sex Tape today. Apes was very good. A worthy sequel. However, the film names sound better reversed. The first film should be called Dawn, and the 2nd one Rise. Based on the plots, it would make more sense... Sex Tape was good. Cameron Diaz still has a nice body, for sure. There was butt nudity several times, and very brief boobage. Several moments that I really need to slo-mo, especially one of the sex moves. It was pretty good. Some hysterical moments, but it certainly could have been better... A few surprise cameos, one big one wasn't even in the credits. Let's Be Cops was funnier IMO. But Sex Tape was funnier than the Seth McFarlane movie. But I'll still take Charlize Theron over Cameron Diaz...
