All in all not too bad of a turn out. My foot sits flush, about 95% of the lines are drawn in, and I only notice some inconsistent red paint app on the back. Sorry, cell phone camera.

Yep, it's my first year going too so I am uber excited to see all the pieces in person (even though I am fully prepared the SS pieces won't look like the protos lol)

Just got mine and really like it much more than I thought I would, one tiny flaw but no biggie the overall paint job is really nice, matches the proto a lot more than earlier shots not glossy like the 1/4 comiquette, and the blues are lighter too. Really like the base too.
And barely any webbing errors, and the portrait looks great. Definite keeper.

Congrats spazzy, glad you got a good one. It's really impressive...can't take my eyes off it.
Got my Spidey yesterday...I think I got a good one! Paint app is really nice, love the shading. I know it's not like the proto, but it still looks Amazing. The Sculpt/Pose is pretty sweet too. All in all I think it's a winner.

Most would probably have broken fingers.
That's true...yesterday i was moving a few things and I accidentally knocked one arm off...everything's fine...I guess that's why i would like them to be attached.

I have a feeling this will be like Hulk Vs Spider man statue issue, where most of SM finger are now snapped off and glued back together.

Was my initial concern. Happy they arrived in one piece, very well packed.
For such a fragile part i've only seen one finger broke on arrival so it seems work.
Now, keeping them that way is a different matter. I have mine on a speaker at the moment but need to make room in a cabinet a.s.a.p.
I nearly brushed past it once already. Knocked one of Venoms teeth out the same way.

You could always do what I did.....get some Neodymium Magnets, 1/4" Dia. x 1/32" thick Discs and put one in between the 2 existing magnets in each arm. There is enough of a gap space and you really have to pull to get the arms out. I bought mine off ebay.
