Re: Article: Iron Man 3 - Mark XXXIII - OMG Photo Review

The most I paid for a figure was 377.00 for my dx12. First fig and new to collecting. And this was from my local comic shop. I will NEVER pay that much for a fig again. The only 2 exceptions are igor and possibly the hulk buster if that ever release

Re: <> Batman 1966 TV Series - Batman & Robin @ 16 - OMG Photo Review <>

How could this thread fall to the 2nd page? I just got Batman last night.

This is the figure I've been waiting for for 40 years. He's gorgeous. Although I'm not a huge fan of the clip in front for the cape. And the magnets fell out of the mouth piece and cowl when I removed them. That happens all the time though. A bit of superglue and it's all good.

I love that they made the box part of a climbing diorama too - I see that they have it flat, just like it was filmed. I don't want to run thread through the capes to hold them up though, like they did on the show.

It's only an OMG thread, not the 'official' one :lol But people with the stock suit are scared witless of posing the bugger for fear of ruining it. I know I am. Hence little posing play and photographing I guess.

Re: Article: Iron Man 3 - Mark XXXIII - OMG Photo Review

My first IM actually ended costing me close to $300. It was the regular BD Mark VI. I missed the boat on SS and ended up picking up a Japan release first hand. Then I got a Mark IV Tony HS with shades for another $60.But it was all worth it. I am so looking forward to my first HT exclusive!

Re: <> Batman 1966 TV Series - Batman & Robin @ 16 - OMG Photo Review <>

I was looking at a few episodes of the show over the weekend--they were running a marathon on some station or other--and I have to say that Adam West wasn't the flabby guy a lot of people seem to think he is. He had a good chest and decent arms, and he didn't have a pot belly (at least in the episodes I saw.) He would've looked good on the beach. Not built the way body-builders are today, but you have to remember that it was 1966 and the modern bodybuilding craze hadn't struck yet. Looking at the Hot Toys figure, I feel like they might have gone overboard making him look flabby in the torso area. Has anyone tried removing the "fat suit" he has on underneath his costume, or would that completely ruin the way it fits?

Re: <> Ironman 3 - Mark XLII - OMG Photo Review <>

This is a sexy looking figure.

Feels like I preordered this decades ago.

Re: <> Ironman 3 - Mark XLII - OMG Photo Review <>

Thank you OMG. We are all lucky to have you here :wave

The shoulders look weird popped out like that to give the figure any articulation. Do they only "click in" if you use a museum pose? I couldn't see a picture with them all the way in.
