Really sorry to hear that they still haven't gotten u ur supes. hopefully soon...i was pretty down about the whole situation but getting him on my desk along side bats has rejuvenated my excitement! he's truly worth the wait!

Oh I did. Luckily this is the last paid PF I'm getting. I'm honestly pretty upset. I was actually scheduled for him 2 shipments ago. SSC didn't follow through with that one. So they put it in that I'd be on the June 6th shipment. They didn't follow through with that. Long time loyal customer is feeling pretty let down. Guess I wont be loyal for long since BG is out! This was part of the email I received "the last shipment was delayed, so it is taking us forever to get all the orders fulfilled. "

Well since they are losing you as a customer anyways they might as well ship you the last one and make sure they keep the people that are going to continue to buy from them happy

I'm confused as to how so many are having problems with it

I can kinda understand, but it wasn't that hard for me, either.

As one of the most vocal haters of the heat vision, I have admitted that it looks much better in person. But I still wish it was just a regular portrait without the heat effects. I think the sculpt is simply amazing and it looks so good when displayed above eye level. Superman looking down with power and a bit of anger. While the heat vision does not "break" the sculpt like I originally feared, it still takes a bit away from it. I find that I don't admire the face sculpt like I do other pieces I own. In fact I kind of just glance at it. Part of that has to do with the fact that the outfit is so darn perfect. But the eyes still bug me enough that I don't enjoy the piece as much as I could.

Regular Head sculpt is great but harder to appreciate where I have him displayed.

Yeah, I would have preferred it to have normal eyes, too, or at least just heat vision irises.

Oh, and hey, marvinmyles, you're not supposed to use the same trails for both eyes.

No, there are 2 sets of heat trails and red eye fill ins. It looks like he just used the identical 2 long heat trails on his EX and left off the 2 shorter ones. He's normally displayed with one long trail and one short one.
