I really don't see Faora happening. I think if Hot Toys had any intentions of releasing her that she would have been announced with Jor-El, Superman, and Zod. The only reason I can see a black suited Superman and possibly skinsuit version of Zod is because they'd be easy variants considering that Hot Toys already has the pieces to make those figures and would basically just need to modify colors or in Zod's case create his crest for his suit which wouldn't be that hard.

Hot Toys starts developing these figures months before the movie is even out, so the obvious choices are the main hero and main villain. At that point they had no idea how popular Faora would be. I'd say there's a chance in the future.

I doubt the demand is really there for her. Some people want her but the core figures have been made and that's what they care about because that's what's going to sell. If she was back in a sequel or something I could see her maybe being a possibility but that isn't happening. I just doubt they'll go back and do her. Especially when they don't release many female characters to begin with.

:wave I caved. I'm weak. Don't tell my wife.

I agree with Mike86 I really don't think they will do a Faora. Especially cause Jor-el and Man of steel haven't even sold out. The variants I believe are possible for con exclusives and because it's little effort to make them. Faora would be a complete from scratch project for them.

However a certain awesome customizer has said that if HT doesn't do a Faora he will!!!

Thanks. I have to admit, from the moment I pulled the trigger to the moment I placed it on my desk, I had a bit of buyer's remorse. It's gone now. This is a fantastic figure, whether or not you're a fan of the character or the film. Good, good stuff.

I think a lot of us went through that simply from having high anticipation of arrival. Then you get it and there is a feeling of "this is it". However after the hype settles you find the figure for what is worth and truly awesome. Enjoy your purchase man!!

Beautiful photo, Rook....

Still haven't had any time to really enjoy/play with this figure yet...been slammed with work.
Grabbed another quick shot today....yeah, he's pretty f'n awesome! :)

Love the figure... so much that I bought two. But had to fix the skin showing with the helmet on and the holes in Zod's collar with the regular HS on. Take a look! You can pick this material up at your local walmart!

Thanks for the tip. Can you share more what you did though? Maybe put things in context as we only see the material you bought and a couple shots of what I assume is the fix. Thanks man.

No problem. Pretty much just used the material to cut a small ribbon sized piece from to create a neck sleeve so to say for ensuring there is no skin showing with helmet on. The material is pretty darn close to that of the undersuit except it is not shinny like the undersuit.

For the holes that can be seen with the HS on through the collar I cut a small ribbon of the material and lined the back collar part to block those holes. Think of one of those U shaped pillows for the neck when flying.
