It's probably because i was never very invested in the turtles franchise that i'm so enamoured by the new show. It's not my favourite animated program per say but i still enjoy it immensely. I like mostly everything about it; i like the humor, the action, the art style, i like the characters, especially the dynamic between the brothers and i even like the anime faces.

I'm pretty much in for these, maybe revoltech will release a four-pack in addition to individual releases as i assume most people will want to get all the brothers.

Also, a little of topic, but i hope this opens the gates for a certain other ridiculously popular nickelodeon franchise *cough*last airbender/korra*cough*.

There is obviously plenty there for kids but also stuff for us adults too, the stories are actually good too, not your typical cartoon rubbish. Friends look at me when I post or talk about next Turtles ep out and none have watched an ep so meh, opinion invalid.

yea, my girlfriend saw me watching an episode and she thought it was funny. She's never heard of the turtles before this show but now she's hooked on it, she started from the first episode and now watches it without me lol I'd say this show is a pretty good ice breaker to get into turtles.

I really hope Revoltech expands on the turlte figures and does some villains, I'd love a revoltech shredder and Leather Head. Doesn't Revoltech scale their figures for a series, like the bad buys are actually scaled to look like they do in a movie or show instead of everything being the same size?

The jakks Mikey is awesome, never knew that was coming out, anyone know when? The diamond select bust banks are also awesome, not sure if they've been posted yet.

Not sure how anyone can really not like the new cartoon yet like the 80 's one, they are so alike in so many ways.

I'm enjoying the Revoltech Turtles. I hope I can stay on the radar to grab them when they come out because those prices soar afterwards. Blecht. If only I could grab a Wall-E at a decent price.

Also, whoever altered the Bay turtles design on Mikey and Leo, congrats!
*That's* what I think the new ones should have looked like. As it is they are more like Shrek or those tiny-headed Goombas from the Super Mario Bros. movie, lol.

Does anyone know when the little kiddie turtles are supposed to come out? I can't recall the name of them but they're little figures with "sweeter" faces for small kids. I think I saw pics for 6" talking ones too in all those fair pics.

What an insane idea! Amazing to actually make the figures look like what they do in the TV program they are based on.

With one fell swoop they make the Playmates figures look like crap.

I thought it was odd too but then I read up on the show and it aired last fall in Japan and apparently was a big hit so Japanese toy companies have taken notice, such as Revoltech. MAYBE medicom might do some 1/6 versions of the turtles, that would be pretty cool.

I kind of wish i had picked up the mousers when i would ee them in the store, they are some of my favorite little accessory figures. Only turtles i have on display are my NECA turtles, and the new 4 turtles and Casey, might open my metalhead.
