Thanks again! If it weren't for the artists around here, it would just be a pile of parts sitting in a box.

Thanks for the kind words and was glad to be a part of this project. Here's some pics for you guys close up

Hey gang, I'm in the market for an Indiana Jones figure. I've owned the Sideshow version and sold it and now I'm looking at either the DX05 or buying the Sideshow again. What's the consensus here? I'm not too familiar with the DX05 but can't say I'm too sold on the headsculpt, are the clothing or accessories that much better than the Sideshow ones?

Yes, that is a complete Kato outfit set (Jacket, shirt, pants). Rahmier84 did the paint. Thanks for the comments. A lot of work (and dough) went into this one.

Congrats
Really looking foward for another run of kato indy jacket

Boxed SSC's aren't too pricey, there's some nice gear in there, and of course 2 heads. Have a scout around this thread for what others have used and see what takes your fancy. I'm sure most of the guys round here can point you in the direction of the best bits.

Hey guys, just thought I would share the replacement dart my wife made for me!

So you know how it's practically impossible to get that dart in the torch, right? I managed to get it in there, but one day it fell out and I clumsily tried to get it back in. Unfortunately in my haste I ended up breaking the damn thing. I had previously mentioned to my wife, who is a metalsmith artist, that I may want to have her make me one some day. So when it broke she went ahead and made the replacement for me out of silver. Now it goes in perfectly and is actually pretty sharp!

I love my wife! :)

Mate your wife did an awesome job.

LOL, that would have made Home Improvement quite a different series!

:lol Now that you mention it, I think there's a potential there for a updated version of the show! Hilarity ensues when gender roles are reversed and the wife is the handy woman while the husband is the hopeless homemaker!

Thanks, mfisher, Cocoboloboy and dwing!

Yep, my wife does have amazing skills. We both went to art school (the same one as a matter of fact), but she always amazes me with what she can do with metal (something I never learned).
