Great post, batfan. Seriously, the hate on this forum for people simply growing older (SW Ep VII and Schwarzenegger, especially) is a bit weird. Maybe I'm a little sensitive, having hit 42, but even as a youngster, it never occurred to me to think of someone at a certain age as being worth less than they were at their prime. The strange thing is Arnold looks better (and has accomplished far, far more) than probably 99.99% of us will at his age and yet people still feel entitled to run him down when they're ~40 years younger. Sad.
I wholeheartedly agree about Arnold's accomplishments, as far as that goes, I think Bill Burr said it best:As I said earlier, I'm a a big Arnold fan - & always will be, so I'm glad he's back in the saddle for sure. It's just the subject matter for this particular film that doesn't interest me, that's all.

To be fair, I'm about 40 years younger (give or take a few), so I can't necessarily relate to him, but know that we're not all ageists.
