Oh I don't doubt that it is but u think its the same for every latest batch? Do you have the other latest batch problems on the body etc to?

Well looking at the Smiley Inc photos my figure clearlly belongs to the "latest batch" column. The trousers doesn´t have almost any damaged on them (i think i prefer that way...), the knee doesn´t have the detail and realism as the first batch and the left arm doesn´t hold the grenade launcher up when i stretch his arm to look like he is aiming at someone...

But even with this problems i still like him. It makes my awesome Scar Predator 1/6 look like a toy, putting me in a dilemma if i really want to collect 1/6 figures, or just buy less and more realistic figures like 1/4 or PF statues

So that is another problem with the latest batch the left arm is not meant to hold the grenade launcher up when stretched? I thought the grenade launcher goes into the right arm anyway.

Yeah I am trying to get out of 1/6th, but Hot Toys 1/6th Robocop looks more realistic than Enterbays 1/4 one that looks like a Neca toy. So just because it is bigger doesn't mean it is more realistic just has more presence at that scale. Nevertheless, most 1/4 figures I find do look more realistic than 1/6th figures.

Wow, these pictures had me worried because I have a latest batch one. I just recently got mine and went to check in the box (it's still boxed, no space for it right now) to see how it looked. The pants look nothing like the ones in the comparison picture, mine were totally worn out and dirty. Chest also looked like the one from the old batch. Mine did however have the dark smudge in the neck. Not sure what's going on, why such a difference between the figures now, but I'm relieve that I, at least, got a good one.

Worst part of all this though, was that as I was trying to find some space for it I went to change the pose on my clean EB T-800 and managed to break the handle from the freaking shotgun. FML man, seriously. Really tiny piece, no way to glue it back together. Gonna have to try to find a replacement for it.

Got a spare body from ebay and compared it with my t800, first batch from timcent.
Damn EB is really a bunch of cheap bastards, the quality of the weathering and paint is nowhere near whats its supposed to be.
Im speechless about the way they do business.
Having such beauties and botch them like that... What a waste.

Are the arms loose to? Can they hold the grenade launcher without falling down if they are held out straight?

Is there any way to fix the light up eye? My button seems to be locked and you can't push it in.

It isn't really a button to push in, it's more of a touch sensitive button.
Pull out the plug for the batteries and gently press thr button until it light ups...

Here are the comparison photos, folks. Just a warning to those picking up this figure new - he may not be as 'perfect' as he once was. But you might just get lucky.

That pic makes the legs look too skinny and not very Arnie-like? Anyone else think?

Also, previously I was focussed on the differences between the paintjobs and the weathering of the trousers but I've just now noticed the difference in the shape of the flesh damage on the knees. Its not done particularly well even on the original batch but it looks even more simplistic and amateur on the newer batch. And in fact mine looks like neither of those examples...(still talking about the flesh damage of the knee)

Same thing, the launcher is too heavy and the arms not tight enough.
Its the design itself, those joints cant support the metal weapons.

This has always bothered me. I've hated the way they done the battle damage on the knee and the chest on this figure. Chest not so bad, but knee is pretty terrible and amateur looking as you say, and yes it does look worse on the latest batch.I've tried covering it up on my figure with the pants but can't pull em down enough. Hot Toys pulled it off much better on their DX13 IMO. Whilst it may not be screen accurate, it definitely looks more realistic. The flesh actually looks like flesh, the blood looks like real wet blood, and the silver paint on the endo parts themselves actually looks metallic, unlike Enterbay where it just looks like silver plastic.

If I had any painting or sculpting skills I would modify the knee area so that the torn away flesh looks a bit more realistic, and give it a bit of a repaint with more realistic looking blood.

LOL don't feel too bad mate. They all look like this to some extent. EB done a terrible job at making the battle damage look realistic IMO. How you described it says it best...looks like someone took a bite lol. Even the paint looks crap. They should've used a translucent blood like on the DX13. The solid red they used looks fake, and it simply looks brushed on.

I recently bought the T800 BD from enterbay, but i was very disappointed with the HS. In the enterbay site i saw a photorealistic HS, in the pics you guys post i continue to see a photorealistic hs but mine just looks that doesn´t have the detail like yours.

I know my camera is not that good, and the lighting can change the end result, but in my opinion the hs that came with my figure doesn´t have the right skin color and especially it looks that the skIn on his face doesn´t have any texture (detail).

Tell me what do you guys think...

Another problem with the head is that the button to turn the LED on doesn´t work very well and the black from the jacket is passing to his neck.

Do you guys think that i got a "beta/early" version of the hs that somehow went to the stores or its just the lighting /camera/photoshop that makes that huge difference to the pics i see here?

Looks great, so it isn't brown like the new batch? It certainly doesn't look it there.
