Here is a body comparison.

ESB Vader - Kaustic KP02 - Kaustic KP03 - HT Reeve - HT TT Knockoff

The three muscle bodies would need the rubber neck sleeves cut away to get the head to fit.

Like 'King said, the suit torso is too gigantic. You would have to bust out needle and thread and alter it. Same with the chestbox, belt and weenie guard straps.

The next problem would be the chest armor. It is too wide for the other bodies. You could not raise the arms straight in front of him. He would be limited to bent elbow or hands on belt poses.

To me doing all that would suck. Other than dome adjustments, I would leave SS Vader as is. Otherwise send lots of $$$ to Hurricane and then wait 3 years or buy the Medicom and have people laugh at you.

One tusk are partially bused, but a spot of glue held it in place, so fixed.

Dang, sure sound like a lot of broken tusks and scuffed Vaders. Hoping mine makes it through the gauntlet unscathed. Thanks for that body comparison, EVILFACE. Will definitely be leaving mine as-is, aside from maybe King's helmet mod.

Came open super excited to open Darth Vader and find Darth MALGUS has been delivered. So disappointed as I've been waiting to get home all day to open Vader. I know SSC will take care of it (didn't order Malgus...have no interest) but very disappointed nonetheless.

My first ANH Vader showed up with a broken tusk. Sounds like they haven't improved the packaging yet.

Fantastic figure! A definite step up from the ANH. I was worried from the original pics that the bodysuit would be rubbery, but it is not at all. Can't wait to get a cathode set up. The lightsaber seems a little oversized to me, but at least that will make it easier to run the wires through.

I do however think my helmet is a wee bit wonky monkey1)
Look at the gaps between the eyes and the dome. It is tilted to the left. Am I being too fussy? I can see from some of the other pictures posted that others have the same (slight) issue. Is it easy to remove and reposition the dome?

Thank you. It does suck but I'll live vicariously through others awesome pics! Malgus looks cool though. Had to take him out to photograph for the returns department. SSC already sent an apology email and I sent back photos of the box with the shipping label. These things happen when you're sending out thousands of orders at the same time.

The dome comes off with some effort. Mine was a little crooked. Here's a pic with the dome off for the curious.
