Yea I know what you mean man. A couple years ago I bought 3 figures from a guy on here. Jerked me around for a few months about sending out the figures and then refunding my money. I was naïve enough to give him the benefit of the doubt an be flexible with him.
Finally once it reached past the point where I could request my money back from paypal, he immediately started ignoring me and stopped posting here.

Why don't you file a Paypal claim (You're in the window) or did you pay as a Gift ?

I honestly can't remember how I sent the money, I may have done "gift" but hopefully not. I would have to check my paypal account to make sure.

You should be more cautious about your money mate. First thing you should do is go back and check your account - Its wise to be prepared.

Ive heard some people get their money back even thought it was sent as a Gift. I'm not sure how true that is though.

I was just confused on which one I sent payment as a gift. Bane or my T-800. Luckily I just checked and my T-800 was the gifted payment and the Bane wasn't. My instincts did me well, thank god :)

And my T-800 is in my collection and awesome as **it :)

Well if you paid by Paypal, you should have 48 days that your transaction is covered no?

I remember when I won a Dragon Ball Z Vegeta Cel on Ebay and it was a whopping 350$ and the seller kept saying he'd ship it every time I inquired even though he clearly wrote that he ships it within 48Hours.

Needless to say after 5 days I just called Paypal/Ebay and they told me that if by a the estimate date of arrival is not met, I will be reimbursed entirely.

It's weird because on the Doll forums, plenty of people pay by gift, and whenever a transaction goes wrong, they get refunded. Or maybe the policies has changed now.

You can also call Paypal just in case.
 
Make sure you remember to post the name of this user. Everyone needs to know who can and cannot be trusted on this site. I've been lucky so far in dealing with great people. I don't want to ruin my lucky streak! Lol!!

I just got royally screwed by a member here out of a Bane. It's really ****ty to know that there are people out there that will steal your money. You try so hard to be honest and do right, then out of nowhere someone comes along and screws you. Hopefully I'll have this guy one day and forget about this horrible experience.

Looks like it's been finally shipped today. I received pics of the shipper and a tracking number. So happy!
 
Damn thats just what i need. I would buy it but the times not right for me. Holidays and all. Good luck on the sale tho.
