it's pretty cheap in Hong Kong isn't it? I'd probably leave sideshow and get it from HK

I don't know what the price is on sideshow however

Round one, body scale and proportions, goes to medicom,IMO(agree with video)
I can't stop looking at the bumps above the bicep in the ht version
I've lifted weights for the past 20 yrs and it reminds me of someone that has ruptured his bicep tendon and it has rolled up to his shoulder

I suspect that ht will win the suit comparison and probably articulation

Sorry to PM you. I was one of the members asking for a recipe. I was mainly looking for the make (brands) of certain things so I could in fact search on eBay. Thanks for getting back to me when you did though.

I definitely like the medicom's body better. I like how the shoulders drop and how it looks more natural. That being said I still prefer overall height of the hot toys spiderman. he shouldn't be that tall in my opinion. In the cartoons he is a lot shorter then ironman, and tiny compare to hulk.

I ordered from timcent. I haven't looked at the auction but at the time I was the only offer he actually accepted. It was shipped on the 29th and it's already passed customs in Canada. I would not pay extra for faster shipping than that lol.

Already made my mind up on which one I'm getting/keeping, but ready to watch part 3

I have grown to love the Spidey figure. It's beautifully made.
The Garfield sculpt and lack of hands are the only real problems.
I think the negativity has now entered the mass hysteria level.

Haven't watched Ric's official comparison vid yet (will wait for all 3 parts to be live) but for me the HT one has always pissed all over the Medicom version

I still don't think it's as good as it could of been but the HT one is really growing on me, got a decision as to what I blow my Sideshow reward points on Spiderman or the DX14....

Only reason I won't be getting the ht version is because its too small and I feel the medi captures the spidey feel and movie better
I can look past all the issues with the medi because of this

I agree with clipper, and can't get past the boyish/female look the ht figure presents

Why would I want a Spidey that's as tall and well built as Captain America? I still like the Garfield sculpt and while I won't use it on the Spider-Man body, I may well kitbash a PP.

The body used could have had a little better definition but I still prefer the look of the HT to the Medi.

Well I consider many parts of the HT far superior to the Medi, I know I don't need glasses, I must be a HT fanboy.
