It sucks that we can't use RP on WL items.

Well, I'm new to the PF market, but I couldn't let this one pass up, and put an order in today for him. I missed the EX, but I like the mask version better so I'm content. My First payment comes out middle of next month. Plenty of time to save up!

Now here's hoping Darth Nihlius gets a PF soon!

Hi all,

Just thought I would trawl the forums to see if anyone else was getting repeated problems with the light switches on this base, shaak ti's base and the the GL PF base. Its the same switch on all of these bases and I am having a problem with all of them.

GL initially took a few clicks/switch presses to come on but then suddenly started working (works with one click now). My Shaak Ti base was worse the light feature only coming on with say the 10th repeated click. SS are replacing that base.

Malgus initially switched on in a few clicks but now only switches on with the switch depressed and held down. If let go the lights all turn off. I have asked SS is they will replace this base as well) Now I am either thinking these repeated problems are just bad luck mixed with a bad switch choice (you dont get these problems with previous switches eg the ironman maquette) or something I am doing. Is it because I run on batteries for example?? I live in the UK hence the reason why I do this. However I have changed to fresh a number of times on all these pfs and when rigged up with an adaptor the main doesnt seem to work anyway. Finally with Malgus I am getting a high pitched whine from the lightsabre which I am hoping is due to the base electrics when it has to be held. Still love him but want him perfect.

they take a few seconds to come on after you press it one time. Are you giving it that few seconds after you push it once?

He's probably my favorite Sith. Don't know why, I never played the game. He just looks so bad ***, and his voice is creepy.

I have his 3.75 Hasbro figure and that's pretty rare. I also got the GG mini bust, and I love it!

EX head looks fine to me.

This PF is as close as you can get to perfect IMO. Hands down, these are the best head sculpts on a PF out there.

na the head looks fantastic.. just not sure if its in proportion to his huge body.. Take a step back.. and take a look at the whole piece.. his long legs and massive body.. and to me..the head looks to tiny ..

not nitpicking at this fantastic piece.. but somehow I have the feeling the ex head is not in scale to his body

I am holding both head sculpts in my hands, and they are the exact same size. I don't see how one could be in scale while the other is not.

Proportions look fine to me.

I think I know what you are seeing. His armor is big, especially around his neck. So it makes the EX head look small because there is no respirator. The reg head looks like it fits better because the respirator transitions better to the rest of his armor.

you are right that both heads are the same scale.. the one with the respirator doesnt look that small because it falls into the armor as Mister Ski is saying..

Just having the feeling that the ex head because of that missing part looks kind of small comparing to the rest of the body and long legs..

I didn't think the EX head was out of proportion at all. I can see how it might appear that way due to the shoulder armour would've been a strange choice. Really just depends on the angle you're displaying him at.

That said, got my review of him up! I had a few minor problems but still really enjoyed him.
