2 Months time it will be Felliani is world class from all the Man U fans.

If I am honest i would prefer Felliani over Ozil at Arsenal.

A power midfielder is always an excellent addition to any team

Wenger should have gone for both. Arsenal a different animal with felliani in the side.
Arsenal did have a good defensive record last season but they are to open through the middle.
They will blow most teams away but if you look at there results against the top sides last season, they didnt do to well.
He would change that imo.

Ozil is all done. they are just building it up. Great signing.

I won't be watching them in 2 weeks time, let alone 2 months.

It's been a fun 28 years or so but I never signed up for life and I can't be bothered with them any more, I don't respect the manager or most of the players so there's no reason to waste any further time on them.

As following another English team isn't an option for me I guess I'll be finding another league to watch

No, but possession and creativity are more important. Yes we may need an enforcer but getting ozil for 42 seems like robbery when bale goes for 90. Our midfield has become one of the best in the EPL overnight.

It is a great deal but we could of perhaps got a Centreback and a 'Enforcer' for the same amount.

I am thrilled by the Ozil signing but i am worried about other areas of the pitch. Especially our defense.

Why worry? It's a solid back 4. Again, we were 2nd best last season. A better mid that will hold the ball better will lift pressure off the defense.

Ozil will allow theo to make more runs into the box. And don't forget what an amazing kick taker ozil is. Yes we needed a striker but I'm sure as hell happier with this signing.

This one player moves us up to contention for 2/3 instead of 4/5/6.

Mourinho said Ozil is the worlds best no10 when he was at Real. I'm still shocked Real sold him & that Chelsea & Utd didn't come in for him. PSG wanted him but luckily he didn't want to play in France

Oh yeah it is a solid back 4 i agree but in that back four we have an injury prone left back, an injury prone right back and two centre backs who work really well together but if either of them is banned or injured we are screwed. We could have done with 2 back up centre backs as I cant see Vermalen staying at Arsenal for much longer.

True about Ozil over a striker there arent any Great strikers available at the moment (wished Wenger would have signed Mario Gomez for 15 mil) and I honestly dont think we are that depserate for a striker.

When I first saw all this Ozil to Arsenal nonsense I didn't believe it but its true. What a signing for Arsenal though, he should link up well with Podolski due to their German nature and any other Germans in Arsenal.

In addition to ignoring Kagawa and not signing anyone decent they've also let Nick Powell, a promising young attacking midfielder go out on loan

Name me another PL team who is any different. You think united or Chelsea have reserves like that? United were screwed when rio got hurt. They didn't have a replacement for him.

I don't understand what's happened to Utd. There left the Fellani deal way to late. Why didn't they just buy him before his 24million release clause expired last month rather than putting in a 24miliion bid in the final day of the transfer market

Were I an Arsenal fan I'd be very happy at today's developments.

Ozil may not be enough to get them significantly closer to a league title or Champions League but he's a step in the right direction.
