HT original Predator- photo thread

This is my P1 on a wall display that I quickly put together. Waiting to hear back from Tayler on a custom bio mask, then it'll be complete. I've done the dread mod and turned the arms out so they're more anatomically correct. Have no idea why they're on the way they are from the factory.

Might do the greenish paint on the armor later on, but for now I'm content with it.

Whats the difference in the custom bio masks compared to the ones that came with it.

You'd have to search through this thread. The TaylerDurdem custom is damn near perfectly movie accurate. Makes the HotToys original mask look like total rubbish.

I have the Same problem with mine. If you just push it on hard enough it should stay on. Personally I don't like the way it looks anyway and just love the original sculpt.

Nah the paint is really good on it it won't come off easily. Maybe try some double sided tape? Just a small bit. And if you ever need replacement parts I got plenty to sell you.

Anyone figured out a mod to make it so the blades on the gauntlet don't come out slightly angled like they do?

Ulysses: The way the arms are facing makes it look like the inner arm is facing out. I took the arms off and swapped them, it looks much more realistic now.

luckily yes it is. shame they never got off the ground
coz I think they are a work of art. last I herd greg was helping
to get the masks out to people. but not enough buyers I think....

Yea, I message Greg about it. Said that there will be some movement on it in the next couple months. Hoping to get a classic style, then put the led and whatnot in it myself. Mind if I ask what mods you've done to yours? The dreads look really good. Was trying to find some on eBay but not luck.

complete dread swap with AVP WOLF PREDATOR CLEANER

bone trophies repaint

swap elbow and knee cords

armour washed in mig pigments

I think that's it

I think it helps to bring out the fine detail
