Ironman 3 Spoiler/Figures Discussion

Saw it today. It's a good watch. Doesn't have the feel or the heart the first two have. Mandarin was a huge disappointment and overall the whole movie had way too much goofy comedy.

No Mandarin figure for me.

lets face it who can really pass up a great Iron Man figure that you can pose I think many of us would love to these figures provided that you can pose them regardless of how much screen time it had that irrelevant. If you are a fan of Mechs and Gundam you would jump at the chance to get them.

I agree with you on not needed alot of screen time..but its what they do in the screen time that matters...and I felt what they did while on screen was underwhelming. Boba Fett was barely in Empire..but he was just so badass...he was mine, and alot of kids favorite bad guy and had very little screen time..but the little he had, he made it work

No doubt - and there are characters I'd feel the same about. But with Iron Man it's just a bit different because of the set-up and history with him having a lot of armors - in the comics, not just the movies.

Agree to an extent, the problem is that $300 horse pill they expect you to swallow to get them.

Not a fan of mech or gundam..I wanted to see Iron Man...I got secret agent Tony Stark and his armors that break easier than 20 year old GI Joes.

I slept on it..and I still am disappointed with the film. Iron Patriot never even fired a shot..and they went back and forth about hating or liking the name over War Machine..one would think Tony would have made him a War Machine which would have shown up in the end..but nothing..why do Hot Toys even have a grey version for sale? Never in the movie. Also..Mandarin..holy crap what a dumb choice as a villian if you arent really going to have him as the Villian...why not just make up a guy from outer space with powers and call him the riddler? Mandarin supposed to have rings with powers...ok..so you dont want to use that...then..oh wait..he isnt even the mandarin...why the F would you even call him that then? Just make up a new name for Guy Pierce...call him Dr. Strange..at least he had a Phd.

deleted scene since all the toys companies must have been working on the plans that Marvel gave them I almost certain when the said its the same suit different color now he is sporting the red white and blue that spells to me a deleted scene which is good because war Machine looks far better the Iron Patriot

Whole point of this thread was to discuss the film freely without worrying about people who haven't seen it yet. If you haven't seen it yet you shouldn't be in here

I felt Killian and the villians were pretty menacing- great fight scenes with Tony in and out of the armor- no one seems to bring this up. It is just loaded with so much armor jumping and blowing up in the last 20 minutes people tend to forget the stronger parts...

I rate this BETTER than IM2.....even wit h the "twist" and humor(which i enjoyed) I can't watch IM2 anymore..just can't do it

Now I've seen a second time I have no problems whatsoever listing it as just as good as the previous IM films, a lot of what I didn't like first time around I've now learnt to appreciate. Great film

Except how did they know when Killian's goons were actually dead? It was so hard to tell what could actually kill them.

I agree- very vague- I still don't know the main objective of Killian, wasn't clear to me

I think he wanted to have the most dangerous terrorist and the most powerful man in his hands. That's what I understood. Manipulating both would give him all the power he could possibly dream of. But who knows
