Just got this guy in yesterday! Is it just mine or is anyone else having a problem getting his switchblade to stay in the knife position?

The wardrobe is.

So? The action figure represents the character from the movie, not from the behind-the-scenes pictures.

Elijah Wood isn't 3 feet tall, but if I buy a Hobbit figure, I damn well better get something that stands half as high as a normal Truetype.

What matters is what a character looks like in the movie, not what the coat (or actor) looks like in reality.

i'm wondering if there's something wrong with the eyes. do they look ok to you guys? thanks!

His right eye does appear to stick. I've seen some PERS that have a bit of glue on the inside that prevents or hinders movement.

Does the right eye move any further at all? Just be careful that you don't break it by being too forceful with trying to move the eyes. You may want to see if you can get a replacement head if the eye seems fused or the PERS in general is all jacked up.:(

The good news is that it seems you can at least get the eyes to look straight ahead.

^ To me, they look fine.

thanks for the opinions. i'm being careful trying to move it. i don't want to break a one day old figure

maybe it's because of the glue that you mentioned. this picture seems fine when it's looking straight.

if you wiggle it enough gently, it will align.

it's not always broken, it's often operator error. no, it's not a perfect system and yes there are goofy ones out there, but sometimes they just stick a little.

don't throttle the thing, just wiggle it a bit until it smooths out.

be gentle!

Hey guys I bought a 2.0 joker body can anyone suggest a good nurse outfit for joker. That's one of my favorite outfits in the movie. especially when he blows up the hospital. Thanks.

This is the body I've seen recommended and used quite a bit on the boards for the nurse outfit. I couldn't find it in stock anywhere but you can try asking on the boards. Kaustc also has a new body out, it's an athletic build, the KP03A. Don't know anything about it though.

Yup, ny blade is the came way. I just positioned it so the Jokers thumb holds the trigger up for the blade.

Yeah, this ones off kilter. But mine can look like that too. Just move the joystick around and the eyes should level out again. If not then something else is wrong. Time to pop out the screw driver!

Yeah, it's one of the problems I have with PERS. When they work, they're fine, when there's something a bit wrong, it's nerve-wracking to deal with to say the least. Especially when I'd be apprehensive to try to take any apart on a $300 figure.:horror

Just be very careful when messing with them or find a position you like and keep it there. Don't mess with them any more than you feel comfortable with. Wonky PERS personally make me nervous.:lol

That's why I've only played with my DX12 eyes ONCE. I like where I have the eyes--that's where they're staying. haha

I just took a look at mine and had the same issue.

I didn't wiggle it around though I took the plunge to see if I could make the eyes face sideways by pushing it till I felt I could not push no more and I got it! :yess:

Yeah that was my problem. :slap

Sounds like better advice than what I have said, probably best method to avoid breakage. :clap
