My point wasn't that it was it was because it's Mondo... It just seems like 95% of the time you don't like the piece, whether it's Mondo or otherwise.
Just a silly observation....
That being said, I'm excited to see the Army of Darkness one. Not even sure who the artist is. Is it a fair guess to say Olly Moss since he did the Evil Dead poster many moons ago and they don't want to have the demand be pent-up tomorrow?
Maybe its because 95% of what Mondo puts out isn't worthy of my wallspace

Justin of Mondo is from KC.. which I think helped the choice of bringing a drafthouse here. It doesnt sound like it will be an event exclusive.. and I saw Ortiz who did the Goonies print was lurking on EB earlier when the tweet came out.

I'm an AOD fan so I will probably hunt this poster down whether I like it or not. I have the one sheets for Evil Dead 1 & 2 along with AOD. I also have some foreign movie posters from AOD as well. Can't wait to see what it looks like.
