HK stores have it listed as late feb. It's already seen one delay so i'm sure this is it.

This better have been tweaked. 
I don't know why it wouldn't have been. It doesn't even have the black palm pads in the preview pics.

Ive been on the fence over this for ages but really want a good spidey figure. I think im going to wait until we see what the new suit looks like in ASM2 before making a decision now. It cant be that long before pics are leaked if theyr shooting already
If my calculations are correct, This week Thor, next Loki, Then Spider-man last week of Feb.

Looks good but the medi has it beat as it stands.
The proportions of head look odd and the whole crotch pattern 'cut-off' is lame.

This is my first Hot Toy purchase. I preordered it the day it went up, and I'm growing tired of waiting. :/ I hope it comes soon!
Pretty sure the crotch pattern is just proto.
The suit on the Medi is just far too loose fitting for me, makes the whole thing look really cheap. The way the suit fits on this though is perfect (cant wait to get him in hand to see what it feels like also)
I recently decided to cancel my Black Widow PO with Sideshow and wait till she comes out in the UK and might well do the same with Thor but I still think I'll be getting Spidy the minute he hits HK (unless prices are crazy)

I agree about the Medicom Spider-Man. What is it about that figure that makes some people even consider buying it, especially when there's the Hot Toys version? The only advantage to getting the Medicom one that I can think of would be the price, and I don't even know what they plan to sell it for. It looks like a children's toy. :/

I believe it is yes
For me with any Spiderman figures it's all about the suit and so far Hot Toys prototype looks like it's better, I'd probably say Medicom has the better headsculpt so far but again we've yet to see the final product from HT
