Wow, stunning. This one statue captures the Vader I knew from the OT in an earlier state better than any moment in the entire PT.

Man this is so true....sad that a statue evokes more emotion towards a character than Anakin's paper thin backstory and motives as shown in the PT

This has just arrived but its the first SS piece I can remember that doesn't have a logo stamped polystyrene just blank.Sideshow logo to the top rule out the window and a few bits of Mr Maul rolling around the room ensued!
No damage done luckily but to me cheapened it slightly plus no SS seal of quality on the tape either.
Fantastic statue otherwise good job Sideshow and I hope the line continues with this quality of sculpt!

Here is a pic of my new setup in my room. Still in the process of getting everything together before opening up everything. I just got the DX Luke Skywalker, Red Skull Hot Toy and Bossk Ex 1/6. Still got lots to do. Anyone have suggestions on how to make it better? Is it fine the way it is now?

I recommend you ditch the toys and get more statues!

yeah agree... get rid of the toys and get some real statues !

also.. to get a more uniform look.. I would sell the book cabinets you have there and get some bestas better.. you have there 3 totally different furniture.. its distracting the focus of your collection

I was and am an avid statue fan. However, the first statue outside of DM I will be getting this year is Lady Death or Rhino Com according to last newsletter. Not to mention I have a huge 1:1 Infinity Gauntlet coming in and a custom 36" Optimus Prime group commission later this year.

Here is my list of statues for the year:

1)Galactus Maquette
2)Hawkeye PF Ex.
3)Rhino Comiquette Ex.
4)Lady Death PF Ex.
5)MK Kitana Ex.
6)Shao Kahn Ex.
7)All MOTU stuff from PCS
8)Batman PF Ex.
9)Poison Ivy Ex.
10)World of Warcraft Arthas 1/5
11)All Mythos line (Obi, Gamorrean, Boba, Darth Vader)

So clearly, my statues are coming. But ditch the toys?? I think not! I used to be anti AF until I saw with my own hands just truly phenomenal these Hot Toys and NECA figures are! No QC issues on those as well. Tons of QC issues on SS statues, although I still collect only the best or worthy statues of my money!

This has to be one of the greatest statues I have ever seen. There is so much going on with this.

I really need to pull the trigger on Maul and get him. I do not know what is taking me so long.

The new 1/4 MOTU He-Man statues from Pop Culture Shock. Pics should be forthcoming within the next couple weeks of the first one which has already been revealed to be He-Man. Can't wait!!!

Does anybody know what a average response time is for sideshow to reply to an email regarding a damaged product ? They recieved my pictures/email early Friday last week and confirmed they had recieved them .
I know it says 3-5 days in the response letter but just flicking through the forum I've noticed some people still waiting up to 2 weeks later

precisely why they have to burn that ep3 reel and create a new one. totally messes up my concept of vader. such a loser.
