Re: Skiman's Workshop (Sculpting, Painting, Modding, etc... ["Awe CAWSE.....!!!"])

First time posting I here, but damn Ski your stuff is AWESOME!!!

I love the texture and realworld FEEL you give your pieces. Your Rogue repai ts are AWESOME of course, but your work with things like Luke makes it look like you grabbed Mark Hamil and shrunk down his damn head...lol.

Awesome pieces m8.

Thank you Spidey, good to see you in here, I know you are a big fan of statues so they come in here every now and again.

Nailed those skin tones Ski.

Thanks Pix, the new trans technique is on those Sopranos heads as well, not sure how well they are being picked up though with the workshop light.

You paint things good. You are a good painter. I like things you paint because you paint good.

Damn you're quick. :lol

I really can't think of things to say anymore about your work because I or everyone else on here have used every adjective possible, so I figured I'm going to post very awkward, stupid and odd comments from now on. You brought this on yourself, Ski.

Re: Skiman's Custom Workshop ["More powerful than u could possibly imagine..."])

At first I was thinking I liked the top one better, but now its not so much of an either or deal but merely you stretching your wings so-to-speak. Either way the Old Ben has definitely become a signature piece from you, Ski. :clap

:exactly:

I always loved how you paint the ends of the hairs with that fading technique! I'm pretty sure I will be sending you my David ski. ;)

Thanks Cals, I really don't like the comb effect on hairing, this is definitely my style and the way I think it looks more natural. IMO, for realism unless there's some grease b@lls out there the pin-striping (for lack of a better term) doesn't do it for me. If guys contact me and they want it that way, I will do it but it's just my preference to blend it into a fade rather than a harsh hairline but everyone has their fancies, :D I'm no different.

I have preferences on eyebrows as well. :lol
