i don't think the arm swap is going to work if it's the biceps that's keeping the forearm from folding in flat enough. unless you swap to a non muscle body arm, in which case it will look scrawny, no?

not unless the coat was on.

It isn't the biceps, it's the single joint that prevents the pose.

no, i'm referring to the new advanced muscle body (used for the dx10). it's double-jointed, but the fat biceps keep it from a tight enough fold. i think Jokes & Bats posted a picture maybe three pages back or so.

I think it wouldn't be too hard to do the boss pose if you have the coat on. Just remove the arms and stick the hands into the cuffs.

I think the ideal way to display him in the boss pose would be with the sweater and the tactical vest on. That way the joints are covered and I doubt the sweater will obstruct the pose ability.

You can get the Boss pose with the new T-800 arms. You just need to swap those for the POS arms Bane comes with and he becomes 100% more bad @$$.

as many times as it takes, apparently.

someone else posted the t-800 and it couldn't do this with the coat on. and then someone else said the advanced muscle body couldn't do this either because blah blah blah.

probably someone who has bane needs to put his coat on a new body and demonstrate whether it can actually be done before people will stop asking whether it can be done.

That's the point I was trying to make. I think we all know it can be done with bare t-800 arms but would it work if arms were in coat or shirt. I'd like to do that pose with him wearing the coat or shirt to cover joints.

I'm not about to buy a $70 true type and risk damaging it by doing an arm swap I've never done.

Sorry for asking a question that hasn't been answered fully yet. If it can't be done than so be it. I'll move on.
