Well, I got home...opened it...and went at it with no fear. This is the result:

No flash (pardon the dust on top of my BESTA):

What you see in this last shot is an actual 1/1 mask I'm working on.

Thanks guys. I promise you some better day lit pictures over the weekend. I still need to detail the scars a bit. This is the look I'm going for:

This shows the placement of the scarring on my figure:

This one looks better than the proto's for the HT one..the head on that thing is oblong. If I had a choice of the two at this stage..I would go with Medi, but they are both overpriced so I choose neither..for now.. lol

Thanks Diesel.
I use a Canon Rebel T3i.

Great job on the battle damage on your figure man.
Still need to do that on mine one of these days.

I'm with you on this one. The Medi does look better though.

I recently got the medicom amazing spider-man.

For the pics I saw I liked the silouhette so decided to give this a go.

Of course out of the box he was way too clean and shiny.

I applied several wash of black to toned down the colour and to make him look weathered a bit more like he was in the movie.

I don't know if i should do the shredding on the torso though.
