International shipping would be cheap from sideshow. Good luck. Just make sure the seller insures it. Then you won't suffer any losses if anything happens to it.

I got mine from Secret Compass, also reliable sellers. Will save you a few bucks too. Awesome piece btw. Still the star of my collection.

Excellent mod on the wires Chewee--looks awesome. Can't wait to see the completed double gun mod. I got my lighted glass case done about 4 months ago. 3/8" glass=super heavy. Here is what it looks like:

They were made by HCG and distributed by Sideshow as far as i know Sideshow have never made a 1/2 scale endo only the 1/4 scale.

Yea these HGC ones are the only 1:2 scaled endos I know of. Ya know I wouldn't mind a 1:2 T-600. Anyone else?

do u think SS will make 1:2 Endo again?? is this 1:2 Endoskeleton open ES? i have seen they r limited to 500

I have never seen a 500 ES 1/2 scale Endoskeleton. Only this open ES made by HCG, sold by Sideshow Endoskeleton. I considered it, but used the funds when I found a Cinemaquette T-800. I really like this piece though, especially the lights.

The only way I would be able to get the cm endo is to sell my aliens bust. Im confident enterbay can put out a pretty good 1/4 endo in due time, so im not sure i would want to do that. As far as the 1:2 endo, some of you guys are extremely confused. First off, no, there's absolutely no reason for SS to make a 1:2 endo when they are selling open ES endos. 2nd, at one time the very same endo was limited to 500. Once SS created this LSF line, they convinced HCG to go in with them and drop the 500 ES and make it open ES . The earlier versions do have an ES of 500 written on the base, not anymore.

I am in for that if it ever happens, even a PF would be good. The one from the beginning where Marcus meets Kyle at the Toy Factory.

This was released in two versions:

Version 1 has and edition size of 500 or so, made by HCG.

Version 2 has a Limited Edition (i.e. that new BS that SS is pulling off by using a date to close off an edition instead of numbering it), again, made by HCG.

As far as I know, it is exactly the same, it is a re-release, as when I discussed this issue with the manager of SS. (I had an issue with them rereleasing the piece, and to boot, putting no number on it ... I have the one with an ES of 500).

You da man Azurepred. :lecture Thanks for clearing that up. That is some seriously f'd up s*^t there! To announce a low ES the make it open ES. I hope that doesn't happen with my 1:1 Endoarm on PO.

I wonder how this compares with Lifesize 2.0. If they added those details with 2.0.

I've seen the 2.0 in person and honestly not really impressed with it. The overly done battle damaged paint is what really killed it for me. I need to have me a chrome metallic endo and the 2.0 was too dull and dark for me. Looked almost like a stone statue compared to the original release.

Hey it's their product and their call. I'm pretty sure they can do whatever they want. Open ES doesn't bother me and you shouldn't let it bother you either. The days of limited editions are dying out. Me, I'm just happy to own a well made collectible that displays really well in my home.

No, it is not their call. When an edition size is announced, then sales are made with that edition number, a contract is entered between the buyer and producer that with your purchase there will only be so many copies of that edition.

Once one sale has occurred, and I know at least one has occurred because I bought a 1/2 scale Endo with an ES out of 500 on the base. So, SS and HCG are committed to maintaing the edition number.

Technically, I could take them to court on this, or anyone else could as well. I opened a long dispute with SS on this issue, plus the issue of the War Machine 1:1 bust (which they originally announced with ES, I bought it under those conditions, and changed to Limited Edition by date). They had to take it back as I bought it under the notion it was ES.

Why does this matter? With on open ES/Limited Edition date, I can wait and see if I can buy a used one on the market in mint condition for a cheaper price.

Look at Legendary Scale Neytiri. If you want to buy one from SS, it will cost you $2000 (1999). You can get it on ebay now for $1500. No rush.

Taking away the ES, and replacing the ES with an open ES/Limited Edition by date, will bring the price of this Endo down in price. At this point, I am selling my Endo to a fellow collector, and I will not get the price I paid for it ... why? Because anyone can buy it at SS for $2000 ($1999) plus $25 shipping. I have to sell mine for a lower price than that, and let's not forget I will have to factor shipping into my selling price, because unlike SS, I have to charge MORE than $25.

This is why when I see a very large ES, or an open ES/Limited edition by date, I don't rush to buy from SS.

I know that if I really want a piece from SS, generally speaking, I can get it for less later on. And I know it's value is not going to increase for a very, very, long time, if at all (because once again, no ES, and have to wait for SS to close the edition). I have to wait for the open ES to close, and then wait for demand to exceed supply, if it happens on that piece.

SS has lost a lot of my collection funds for this reason, and it took some, not all, but a bit of the fun out of collecting.
