That Tali looks amazing, when they unveiled her at SDCC i was a little upset at how they decided to make the cloth on her waist seperate from the cloth on her thighs, as it is not acurate to the character model, but from a lot of inhand pics it doen't really look that noticeable, at least in standing poses.
Either way mine should be arriving within a week, woul have got it earlier but my supplier sold out within a day.

Does the femshep have a sculped ear on her right side? Ie, can you do custom hair without a chunk of the head being missing?

Just in general this round looks so much better than the last, Garrus was the only one I bought from the first three. Still, I really hope they go on and finish the entire squad!

Yep. I noticed that the sculpt is generally all right on all Play Arts Kai figures ever made, but the paint jobs are usually very sloppy. If you can repaint it, they are plastic gold.
Someone repainted Garrus and it looks GUH-REAT imo. For this reason, I'm planning to pick up all Mass Effect 3 PAK figures aside from Ashley, whom I felt no connection with. I'm also going to start sculpting, and if it works out fine, I'll eventually start on creating my own figures to go along with the PAKs. Can't wait to try and make Javik, Tali and Samara. If it really works out, also characters like Wrex and Grunt, but we'll have to see what the future holds.

Question about Ashley..did you choose Kaidan or did you choose Ashley and not feel a connection to her?

I chose Ashley inadvertently because I accidentally sent her with Kirrahe, who I wanted to save. That said, I don't feel a connection with either, so nothing is lost. I may like Ashley a bit less, but eh.
Also, I found another repainted Garrus picture (apparently he's subject to many wonderful repaints):
And yeah, it's the beginning of the rocky road, but I'm planning to do it. For several reasons. I want to learn to draw better and creating sculpts (starting with things like extra pieces: helmets, weapons, etc. and then going over to heads, and eventually bodies) surely helps giving you some insight.
Secondly, if I get good at it in due time, I can not only make things for myself, but also for others. Small things for free, maybe (like the N7 helmet that both Sheps were neglected to come with), and the larger stuff for some prices.
I'm hoping I have a knack for it, and it may take some time, but I'm going to give it a try and see how it goes.

I would like a Male Shepard but $65 is a lot of money on a figure I'd have to repaint to make presentable. And my painting skills wouldn't really be up to making it look like I paid $65 for the figure. Hrm....
Will there be a third series? I am not familiar with this line and am desperate for some nice Mass Effect collectibles. This seems like the most affordable/nicest piece out there of Commander Shepard. I'd like at least a male Shepard but would ideally include a Garrus (who was one of my most frequent companions on missions) and a Liara (who was my favorite character to engage in romance subplots).
EDIT - Shepard goes for only $45 on Amazon. And I happen to have an Amazon Credit Card and some built up rewards points from all the required house purchases we've made over the past few months. Hmmm, I can score one for $20, I'm all over it. What do you guys think?
