More pictures in here! The picture of the neck is toward the bottom of the page. I think Hot Toys will fix this before the final product. Body could just be a near finished prototype without the paint.

I'm not sure those are new though. They very well could be but the one I posted has the ACToys logo on it

Link I got was put up on 12-29-12 and it shows a different angle of your pics so I assume they are from the same place.

I want this figure SOOO bad, but I don't know. I feel like the design is not complex enough to warrant me buying this over the Play Arts Kai version.

That gallery was cool, something about the Avengers doesn't pop for me. They dont look good together but then again Ive only been aware of most of them since the movie

I want this figure SOOO bad, but I don't know. I feel like the design is not complex enough to warrant me buying this over the Play Arts Kai version.

Even though both are figure of the same character, it's a different version actually. HT one is a scaled down movie accurate version, while the PA Kai is a stylized Japanese anime version. Depends on what you prefer actually.

But I promised myself I would only get her if I had batman also, but the new DX batman is way too expensive for what you get (no way I am paying over $200 for a figure that doesn't even have a fixed neck joint) so, sadly I will pass

The neck on the DX12 is one of its biggest selling points.

anyone else doesnt like her lack of accesories? i mean 1 pistol and nothing else for a almost $200 figure seriously? they should at least include the pearl necklace

So if I decide to cancel my PO in SS, is there any cancellation fee? I check that theres no NRD, but it says theres Flex Pay Cancellation fee:

FLEXPAY ITEM CANCELLATION FEES
Due to the increased administrative costs of the Flex Pay option, Sideshow will charge Flex Pay customers a cancellation fee when a flex pay order is canceled by the customer or by Sideshow (due to a credit card decline, incomplete shipping info, etc.).

Fee chart
The fee will be $20.00 for cancellations occurring 48 hours after order placement up until the first payment date, $40.00 for cancellations occurring after the first payment and before the second payment date, and $60.00 for cancellations occurring after the second payment and before the third payment date. (The fees are based on a average three payment plan of $199 or more, but fees may increase with number of payments.) If the item’s cost is less then $199, the cancellation fees will be reduced in proportion to the item’s SRP.

If you haven't set up the flexpay payment option for this item and there's no NRD you won't be out of pocket by cancelling the order.
