For a minute I was confused and thought you'd gotten the Weta one somehow already! This is the one I ended up getting. It looks nice. I don't know if I'm wild about the paint job though. It seems a little too yellowish on top. We'll see though. I'll wait until I get the thing in my own grubby mitts. I do like that it's one solid piece!

Those staves are really beautiful. I haven't read through this thread. But can anyone tell me if there is a great similarity between the staff of Radagast, and the one that Gandalf uses in Fellowship and Two Towers?

If I feel the need to touch it up it's easy for me...plus shades of brown makes it even easier...otherwise I love it and love the price and that it is a solid piece...I still havent compared it to actual film photos to see if It's worth it to touch it up....I wasnt kidding though...If you get hit on the head with this piece you're going to into time and space and most likely wont be sent back by the Valar!...At least in the police report it will sound cool and say Deceased succumbed by the Staff of Gandalf the Grey!

Indoors it looks darker...The sun brightened it up a bit in those earlier photos

Oh yeah, that looks nice. I did wonder if it wasn't just the lighting. It looks really great sculpt-wise though. I just couldn't wait for the Weta version, in the end. Plus, the fact that it'd end up costing a good $70 or so more helped push me to UC.

ordered Radagast(it's the only one out there not Gandalfs(Weta,UC,NC makes em)...I preordered GG staff from Bladecenter for under 130 shipped...Weta charged me over 40 to ship the Radagast Staff

I think so...but not 100% on that...go to their website...they raised their prices slightly too recently...I preordered this 6 weeks ago...Price was unbeatable!
