:exactly: EPIC SHELF DOMINANCE :clap

Even a shorter transformer like Bumblebee would be nearly three feet tall (i.e. a little less than twice Iron Monger size). Optimus would be double that again...

Licensing would also be nearly impossible. I don't really see Hasbro cooperating in licensing their characters to another toy company.

I never want to completely count out HT doing something "crazy" (Iron Monger and the various era Batmobiles for instance) but I'm not going to hold my breath waiting for this one.

Let's just be happy we got the Monger :clap

I see this picture and all I can think is "the size is just fine"

Hasbro licenses their GI Joe characters to Sideshow. Note their 1/6 line. Likewise they license Monopoly stuff all over. So it's not impossible. But I agree totally impractical to make such a toy.

I find it impressive that IM's articulation is good enough to achieve this pose.

And--like the Mark 1--this piece looks just as tasty from the back:

Impressive. Even if the Stane figure placement in the armor isn't screen accurate.

This thing is a showstopper. Awesome pics guys!

It's too bad he had to die before Hulk could smash him. Can't wait to see those two next to each other!
