This game easily frustrates me because of my incessant need to perfect every stealth, no-kill run.

There's this one part part way through the game where it insists that I let someone die, although I was 100% sure I knocked him unconscious and left him somewhere. I thought it was a glitch.

The rats may have gotten him.

I played for a little while. It shows real promise. I generally avoid stealth games, but it looks like it's not a "get spotted and you fail" kind of game. Interesting setting and gameplay. Graphics are a$$ on the 360, but no biggie.

I want to love this game. And it is a fantastic game. I just dont have the damn time. I sit down to play for 10 minutes and can't even scratch a level. Then I keep finding all of these books to read. I don't want to read them. :(

I think gaming will be out of my blood until kids are in school and don't require so much attention. I'm just not interested.

You just need to find the right kind of game for your lifestyle. This type of game can be a time sink, but online shooters, sports games, fighting games etc can be played quickly and still give you some fun. Short burst games are out there, but these types aren't always like that.

Got to play a bit in my lunch hour. So much fun I didn't want to go back to work. Turned off all the objective markers. Gonna play this game properly.

You've said similar things about the last 3 Major games releases. Why do u buy them?

I've only read the IGN review so far and I noticed they mentioned this game was similar to that of Deus Ex and BioShock. I never played either of those so I can't comment on that but, after reading their review, this game sounds a lot like Fallout. For those that played it, is it anything like it?

No this game is nothing like Fallout.

The same reason you bought Resident Evil 6 (which I just returned un-opened). Lesson learned.

Actually I take that back. You intentionally bought a game that you hated. I think Dishonored is a fantastic game. What's more dumb?

Its called giving it a chance. I traded it in for the same value last week and went back to put Borderlands 2 back in the disc tray and the first disc of Resident Evil 6 was still in there. I got a free game out of it so not so dumb after all. So STFU Badmoon.

You mad? :rotfl

Just had to laugh at this because that's exactly how you do it.

I will be able to do that I guess. But right now she doesn't watch TV. Nothing holds her attention much longer than a few minutes. Plus she just started to walk. So basically it's me following her everywhere until bed. Once she goes to bed its time to clean up. After that we catch up on the few shows we may have missed via DVR. After that the last thing I feel like doing is booting up a game that may take an hour or longer to get anywhere.

I miss my alone time. :rotfl

I played some of it last night. Pretty cool, Bethesda finally put out a game that explains why your character ends up imprisoned. I ended up making a mistake and had to kill some guards while running away. So I guess I'll have to replay it to go for my super stealth no-kill game.

Sent from my iPhone located on the planet Hoth.

They didn't make it. Arkane Studios did. Bethesda published it.

I'm putting this in now for my first play, I'm pretty excited. I already know I want a 1/6 figure of Corvo Attano, I wish it were third person just b/c of how awesome he's designed.

as much as i'm enjoying the game, there are some wtf moments, especially when you're hiding in the dark and out of nowhere you get spotted by a guard. i think there should have been a stealth meter to show you how well you're hidden, its not realy a problem its just annoying sometimes. other than that this game rules.

I'm beginning to really enjoy this game, but the screen tearing is atrocious!!! Just moving the camera causes shimmering lines all over the place.

No one else seems to be complaining about this....

That confuses me...

So, as I said I'm doing my clean hands playthrough first. Well last night I was playing kaldwins bridge, and took like two hours to choke out as many as I could, get the runes and bone charms (even though I can't use them) and when I beat the level it said I killed someone, but I didn't kill anyone. So I replayed it, and just ran through it in 20 minues, and only choked out 3 guards. Lame.

THANK YOU!

I tend to get really annoyed when people (especially professionals) confuse developer and publisher. The worst part is on Amazon where they list "'Game' by 'Publisher'" like "Rage by Bethesda"..........:slap
