If enough people demand a full refund it will leave them with little choice then to produce finished heads. They can not eat them and there is no melt value to these figures. It all all perceived value based on quality of the finish.

An update, Richard of CSC just told me all their stock have the same paint problems. They are waiting on SSC to see if they will make replacements available.

^thks for the info on the bat probs and what happned in regards to that, had no idea. eeesh doesnt sound good.

This brown head paint is really dissheartening. I do want the piece but now i feel like im going to need to wait for somebody selling one 2nd hand so i know if its a good one :-/

The helmet feels like your going to break it putting it on, other then that I think it's great.

3. shoulder armor has 1 peg only

lame, but I'm not going to send this entire **** back to BBTS for replacement, too much of a hassle. What should us BBTS folks do? If they have to get a part from SS, its gonna take forever given that SS direct buyers also need to get theirs replaced.

Got one from bbts also. Orange head. I thought the magnet was missing but it turn out that it was sticking to the other helmet piece
I glued them back on.

looks like so far not too many people are reporting the shoulder armor peg issue that wolfpredator and I have. Though mine is completly broken off, not just warped. No sign of it in the box.

The QC problems being reported are so disapointing... and I'm worried mine will have those problems too . But it's not coming neither from SS nor BBTS, it's an European store and only next month. HT had a wining predator at hands, the best one yet, and what do they do? They screw big time... "QC, you had one job..."

Also just finally got Noland from ebay - sealed in the box with a broken collapsing spear tip. Been out of the HT thing for a bit, hopefully this isn't the new norm!

The head issue is bad enough. And now some people are getting shoulder armor issues? What the hell...

got a workaround on the shoulder armor (mine only had 1 peg)...pretty much took a small strip of tape and made it double sided (looked the tape around itself, etc) and put it on the little square on the inside of the shoulder - doesn't limit movement and can't tell. I guess my issue now is the orange head...darn it HT...

got mine alien head orange to red not violet as showed in the proto, one of the swords at the back broken. for a 350dollars figure they should make it o.ly 200d not satisfied.

Oh yea, your post reminded me.. be careful with the acid blood sword..

my blade snapped off at the hilt like a twig when I tried to put it in his hand.

Toy Anxiety to the rescue for me! but be careful with that one, the blade is molded from the clear plastic which is typically a bit weaker in my experience.
