Were you able to get a good look at the neck? Just wondering if this one looked improved or if the neck seam is still obvious.

It is still there but it definitely isn't blatant; all in all a good joining of the head and neck.

Great pics! So what release date do they have for her and Batman? Do they come out any earlier in HK? Just curious since my fiancé will be over there in November.

To be honest, I'm not sure. They just received Iron Man Mark I 2.0 so I think they'll probably get it just about the same time as the US etc, maybe a week earlier, but no huge difference.

HK usually is 1 month earlier than SS/US. They already got the mark Is since last month.

It's an exclusive item, so no. Plenty of people will be paying the same money for a cowl-less set.

Just in case anyone is thinking the mask can be taken off, there will be a fairly sizeable rectangular peg moulded on the bridge of her nose. This peg will key with a hole in the mask. It's either that or a rectangular peg on the mask that seats into a hole on her nose, under the mask.
A small dot of superglue will be added to the peg, and then it will be glued on.
This is how it's done to hide the glue marks.
The mask must be removable in theory as it will have been added *after* the face and eyes have been painted.
But when it's attached, you will likely destroy the mask taking it off.
And possibly the face too.

This is disappointing news.

And I'm sure not even 6 months down the road, we will see a DX set announced where the mask is removable, and Hot Toys will insist we pay another $200 for that version.

But that's how it's usually done to make sure a part like that would stay in place.

Lol I was gonna ask where you got the information. I'll be glad if it's unremovable, the mask has no real support so it would always fall off, and the back straps wouldn't be able to do anything, they're just for show. The only acceptable way of having a removable mask would be if it was magnetic (the mask doesn't rely on the ears and there would be hair in the way so it can't be clicked in like IM IV sunglasses do)

couldn't of said it better myself. This release of catwoman is the only one I need. I could care less about the mask being removable or not. Im planning on having her on the pod so the mask will always be on.

I really do hope they come out with a Comm. Gordon in his trench coat, the s.w.a.t. version is good, but I passed because he was only in the suit for only one scene.

If they have not made a regular Bruce Wayne (or Tony Stark) in a suit they will never make Selina Kyle in a dress or any other outfit.
