Just thought I would share the progress on the coat. I have decided to sell my Bane figure, so as a free throw in I am giving the buyer this coat as is. The good news is that I have the dies, and as soon as the new figure comes out, I will be able to size it up to the HT version.
Obviously, this is missing some of the details (buttons, weathering, belt loops) but the buyer doesn't want to wait on getting Bane, so he gets this version. This was the prototype (first try!), so I am confident that the next one I make will look significantly better. Overall, I am happy with the color. I decided to make the pockets "flat" because I was planning on putting the vest overtop of this coat, so the less bulk the better. As far as the weathering, I was actually planning on using diluted oil to darken it up in areas, as well as give the material a bit more shine. I am planning to see if I can find the "perfect" material out there, but we'll see. The coat actually looks WAY better in person than it does in the photos.
If a few people show interest, I may end up doing a small run on these as well as the courier vests (maybe 3 sets). No idea on pricing or anything... but if you are interested, let me know and we can discuss once the figure comes out.

I have the TDK ART & MAKING OF. The coat has blue tints in it. Just a little info to help u along the way. Looks great dude so far

To be honest, I don't think it is exactly the Belstaff... but I think they made it look exactly like one. It is prob a custom job for the perfect fit on top of the vest and what not. Plus the Belstaf branding and gold snaps are gone.
I pulled a bunch of ref pics of the Belstaff, and I am going to use that for the reference.
I plan on experimenting with adding wax/oil to it to make it have the same shine! The only prob now is that I have to wait to see if they change the body before I do any fitting, and who knows if/when that will happen!
